"Yes what's your question?" I asked pointing at a girl with curly black hair and brown skin sitting a few rows down at the q&a.

"So I was wanting to know and I don't know if this is to personal of a question but I think y/n is beautiful. Does she ever get a lot of hate because she's a woman of color? If so how do you comfort her?" She asked really nervously sounding a little unsure if she was allowed to ask that question.

"It's not to personal of a question. I don't understand why someone would want to spend their time doing that. Y/N is a strong person but I do know one time when the hate was really bad and I just told her at the end of the day people send thinks like that out of jealous. I think that it shouldn't matter that she a woman of color because you fall in love with someone based of their personality. Look are important because you do need to be attracted to that person but they aren't everything." I told her as she nodded back in responses

"That's beautiful Shawn, are you ever worried about what people will think?" She asked me

"I feel like people are always going to have something to say. I do understand that not everyone is okay with interracial couples. I don't think you should let the color of someone's skin stop you from dating them. You can't help who you fall for. We all look different from skin color, height, voice, and more reasons. Yes y/n and I look completely different. She has black curly hair and I have brown hair, she has brown skin and I have pale skin, she's like 5ft 4in and 6ft 2in. The only thing we have in common when it comes to looks is we both have brown eyes. You're skin color is something you have no control over and I hate that she gets hate because she looks different from me because she's beautiful." I told everyone in the q&a being completely honest.
