Chapter 6: Philippines

🔜 After a month, 5:00 PM, London Time, Heathrow Airport🔙

Patrixia's POV

We're now in the airport, guess what? We're going back to the Philippines! My mom's country, we're going there to start a new chapter of our lives.Though I still miss my sister Taniesha, We've have finally accepted that she's already gone. That she's now in a better place with God, watching over us.

I'm sitting on the bench waiting for my parents, as they are still fixing some things before we leave, I'm bored.

I opened my sling bag and got my iPod and headphones, I put them on. I clicked shuffle and the song played was "You've got a friend" I instantly remembered Liam.

After I left him when he told me he likes me, I never saw him again. Honestly, I miss him, I think was too harsh on him that time. Maybe I overthought what he really meant, he said "he likes me" nothing else, he didn't say he loves me or he wants me to be his girl. I really overthought what he said. I'm an idiot, I'm so over reacting.

I regret letting go of my Boy Bestfriend. I'm really feeling bad that I won't have the chance to say sorry to him now, I'm leaving.

I was just listening to the song, swaying to its tune, when a flower appeared in front of me. I furrowed my eye brows in confusion and turned around to see a happy and cute,

"Liam.." I said awkwardly, "what are you doing here?" I asked him, trying to hide my happiness that he's here.

"Well we brought him here for you." A voice said, it was my mom, my eyes grow bigger as she walked towards us along with my dad.

"I see you every night going out to meet him." my dad added. All this time? They knew About it? "And I heard you two had a fight and he wants to say sorry before we leave." dad said, looking at Liam and smiling at him.

"I can't believe you knew." I said, lookin very surprised, they just chuckled.

"So we will go and check our baggages and when we get back, I hope you're already done, okay?" my mom said, brushing some hair off my face.

"Okay mom." I said cheerfully and they left.

I quickly stood up and hugged Liam. "I'm gonna miss you so much." I stated, happiness and sadness in my tone.

"Me too." he replied, almost whispering and hugging me back

"I'm sorry." I said quietly as I let go of our hug.

"I should be the one saying sorry because I broke our promise." he said and frowned.

"That promise doesn't matter anymore, I know I just overthought what you said. I'm really sorry." I said with a sure smile. "I hope you don't forget me." I said looking straight into his eyes.

"You're not worth being forgotten." he answered with a big smile plastered on his face, I smiled sweetly at him.

"You too. I hope I see you again and when that time comes I hope you're not dramatic already." I said, laughing while messing up his hair.

"Silly... Here, take this with you." he said giving me a Necklace, with a key as a pendant.

"For what?" I asked, holding and looking a it. It looked cute.

"Our Friendship Necklace, I got mine too." he stated showing his too, his necklace was a padlock.

"Aww... Thanks Li. Now, I don't have a reason to forget you." I said hugging him again.

I feel him smile as he hugged me back, we quickly let go of each other when I saw my parents coming.

"You done guys?" my mom asked while smiling.
