"Hey, Emmy," Cam chirps, coming into the kitchen, pretty early in the morning. "How are you even awake?"
"Jet lag from Australia, New graduate," she shrugs. "I see no difference." Cam lets out a light laugh and sits in a bean bag chair she had in her living room. "Coffee?" she asks, Cam's answer was a straightforward nod.
"So, the summit doesn't start until tomorrow," he says after a moment of comfortable silence between the two. "I was wondering if we could go around the city a little and spend time together?"
"I would love that," Emily smiles. "I have a few places in mind that we could go," she tells him. "When did you want to start our little adventure?"
"Honestly," Cam thinks for a moment. "Right now."
"At five in the morning, Cam, nothing's open?" she asks with a laugh.
"We can still wander around and get to know each other in the quiet instead of the busy ass day time, right?" he asks her, standing up and sipping the rest of the coffee in his mug.
"You got me," she laughs. "I'm in." Emily drinks the rest of her own coffee and puts water in both of their mugs and puts them in the bottom of her sink to be washed after the two returned from their adventure.
Cincinnati at five in the morning.
