Planning (Planner)

I highly suggest using a planner. Planners are useful for writing down important assignments and their due dates.

Get a planner with a monthly view as well as a weekly view. Color Code assignments based on classes. Write your assignments and put scheduled appointments in too. Keep it neat and organized. Write down every assignment and look at it every night to see what you need to do and when. Check off each assignment when it is complete. Write down the important due dates and even the not so important due dates. Plan ahead and map out how long each assignment will take and fit it in to the time you have after school.
