Lauren wasn't kidding when she said we would be in meetings all week. I literally spent all week in a cramped office, surrounded by buisness men, artists, papers, and work. It was a lot to start off with, and this was definitely not my cup of tea.

By Friday night of a full five day week inside the tiny meeting room of TJ records with Lauren, Gregory, and a few other miscellaneous people working for the recording studio and record company, I was thrilled to throw myself onto my bed and close my eyes. I was used to being busy, but typically I had a least a few hours a day to myself, and I wasn't getting that crucial me time. At least we had accomplished a lot. I was now ready to start recording. We'd gone over my songs and made minor adjustments, but the over all product was good. We were cancelling the release of my music video with Thomas and trying instead to re-do the whole thing with a little more professionalism and the proper equipment. My album was set to tentativly release in a year and I was overly excited. But there was a lot to do between thne to build up my fan base.

We decided to continue with YouTube. More casual videos of me singing, a few vlogs for people to get to know me. Once my first single was recorded (Which we decided to be my all time favorite track I'd written called Try Me) we'd get it out there and get going. I was set to appear on TV shows and we would hopefully just keep building. I trusted that everyone at TJ Records knew what they were doing.

I finally changed out of my tight white jeans and soft green blazer and put on my favorite jeans and baggy tee-shirt. It was eight PM, and there was no way I was letting the rest of the day go to waste. It was social time. Being cooped up all week only made me want to talk to everyone and anyone. I logged onto my laptop and opened Twitter. As it was loading, I checked my phone.

1 missed calls.

Who calls me?

I checked the number but I didn't recognize it. I decided to just go ahead and call back. It probably wasn't anything important anyways.

As the phone rang I tweeted to my followers all of the exciting news I was allowed to share and got tons of replies instantly. I beamed.

"Hello?" The voice on the phone said. It was a girl, and there were tons of noises in the background.

"Hi, I think you called me? I just wondered who this was."

"Oh." Mystery girl said. "Coral! Or should I say Gabrielle you little joke."

"Pardon?" I asked, shocked. Who was this!

"It's Hannah." She said her name with such an air of royalty I imagined her sitting with a crown on her giant blonde head.

"Can I help you?" I said, not avoiding any air of snotty. Two could play her game.

"Well I'm at an important photo shoot for Vogue but I guess I have time for you. I just wanted to say back off Thomas. Now."

"Oh gosh, you're scared he likes me better?" I taunted. "Well I mean, he obviously does. But don't get yourself sick, hunny, we're just friends."

"I don't think he likes you. But I saw the way you looked at him. I just don't want you poor little wanna-be butt to get hurt." I rolled my eyes at her attempt to degrade me. She didn't phase me.

"Okay, thanks." I said, and hung up. I couldn't deal with her.

I contemplated telling Thomas, but I didn't want to be a tattle tale. Besides, what Hannah says wasn't going to make me stop flirting. But I might be a little more careful. I don't want my head chopped off.

I spent the rest of my evening doing a UStream and texting my friends. It was a relaxing day with a relaxing weekend ahead. I had no work until Monday and things could only get better from here.
