Clara's POV:
I quickly got of my bed and immediately left my tree house. By now all the lost boys were asleep. I can tell it hasn't been long since they hit the hay cause of the smoke coming out of the warm wood. I began looking left and right making sure Peter wasn't here, I know he doesn't like me leaving camp without his permissio-HEY! Why do I even care? I can leave whenever I want to.
I began running. Running out of camp through the woods and the stems cracking from stepping on them. Running between the soft leaves with the wind brushing my hair away. I have been running through the entire island. I didn't know where I was going, but my gut was leading me this way. I know what I had was just a dream, but it felt so much more. It felt so real and vivid, like I could reach out and touch it. It's probably stupid of me running around to find a rock shaped as a skull that probably does not even exist. I don't care; it's worth a shot, right?
Great. A dead end. Perfect. Where should I go now? Left? Right? Right. I began running again. By now I am out of breath and my body's begging for water but no time to stop. Every second counts. It's weird...how in that dream my locket was the key to the box. And also how I felt like I was there before, like I was in that cave before. It felt more of a memory than a dream. It doesn't matter now, hopefully it was neither a dream nor a memory, but a vision.
Can't believe I actually found my way. I finally reached the shore that was right in front of the skull rock in my dream. The only difference was...the rock. It's not here. Where could it be? No way was that just a dream. The rock exists I can feel it. But it should be here, it should be right here-
"Ughhh" I groaned as I kicked the sand with my foot and sat on my bottom, sighing. "Just great" I said as I put each elbow on each knee and looked down. "What am I going to do no-" I looked up stunned. There it is. The rock. It's just...there!! How on...but it wasn't...now it's.....what?
I quickly stood up and patted my bottom to remove the sand. How did the rock just appear...just like that? I mean it's a rock. A gigantic rock. It can't move. It's not a living thing. What?
I began walking into the cave slowly afraid of what might happen.
Don't be afraid, nothing happened in your dream
Then again...it was just a dream.
The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek
What? Who said? I am all alone but I promise I can't see anyone. Well you know what they say, when you're in danger, listen to the scary voices. I continued walking into the cave. I started feeling stronger energy fields with very step, just like the dream. When I reached I saw the mountain of treasure and the box on the top, just how it was in my dream. I approached it and rested myself on the hill of riches and goods.
"I don't understand how this is possible but...nup, I just don't understand"
I removed the locket around my neck and I placed it into the lock. The box opened revealing a magnificent gold shimmer. Just like the dream, I teleported into another room. I walked up to where the book was in my dream. Where is it? Where did the book go? I-I could've sworn it was here. At least in my dream it was. I began looking around left and right hoping to find the book. Where the shiz is it? I began digging through the jewels and gold hoping to find it. I know it's somewhere here.
