Chapter 12

I stormed into the cell holding Kai with the others running to catch up with me.I slammed the door shut in anger and advanced towards Kai sitting at his bed wrists and ankles shackled to the wall.

"You better start fucking talking now.Who the fuck is Inferno?"I say glaring at him as if I was burning a hole in his dumb head.

He laughed at me,"As if I will tell you bitch."

I had no time for his bullshit I punched him hard in the face making Hoseok jump behind me at my little outburst.

Kais head rocked back from the impact of the punch.He looked back at me with an evil smirk blood dripping from his nose.

"He's onto you.He likes you.Likes you a lot he does.He says it will be fun breaking you apart peice by peice watching the story unravel before his very eyes."

I frown at him in confusion,"What do you mean?"

"He is always watching.Even when you think you're alone he's watching.Nothing goes past him.He knows everyone's little secrets.Every.Ones."He emphasises as he slowly looks at everyone in the room making them all squirm feeling uncomfortable.

Ashley huffed.She had enough.

"Listen here you dickhead!You are giving us answers!I have had just about enough of you.Tell us who the fuck is Inferno."She yelled.

"Darling you all already know."

"What do you think he means by that?We don't know that's why we are asking."Jungkook asked leaning his head into his hand in frustration.He looks so cute frustrated.

We were all deep in thought.After Kai told us that he started going into a crazy laughing fit as if he was insane.We escaped quickly.He was creepy.

After a while Namjoon spoke up, "Maybe he means we know his secret identity as in him as a person but we don't know that he is Inferno."He suggested.

"Could be. So this could mean we have a traitor within this company?"Jin said.

"Quite possibly.We need to be careful with who we trust from now on.We have no one to trust but each other."Ashley said with a serious expression.

We all nodded in agreement.This is going to be one tough case to solve.Pretty much every male at the company is a suspect even our director.It makes more sense now that I think about it.Kai said Inferno is always watching and no one can sneak into our base without getting caught.No one would of been able to get my address unless they hacked into the system and the only equipment capable of that is at the office.This means we have a traitor.But who is it?

I huffed as I entered my house lettinh my body collapse on my sofa in exhaustion.After half an hour of resting I look up onto the mantelpiece to see the photo of me,my brother,mum and dad.We looked so happy.

Ever since dad's death our family has been falling apart.Mum got into a deep depression and started to isolate herself leaving me and my brother b/n (brothers name) to do whatever we want.I used to be happy playing games by myself,talking to my imaginary friends I made up so I wasn't lonely.Whereas my brother well let's say he didn't grow up to be a delight.

He loves me and he can be a good guy but he's too full of pride to let go of his arrogant and cocky ego.He tries to be a hard man by getting involved in all sorts of bad stuff like drugs,stealing,he was even part of a gang.When Mum found out it broke her heart.She felt ashamed to have her as her son.She cast him out of the house.He went to live with my Nan.

After Mum kicked b/n out there was no interaction between them at all.Then what's when Nan started to get ill.A couple years later she died of cancer.

I moved out of the house by that point.I offered b/n to stay with me for a while.He stayed with me until I found it he was using me for my money and making up lies about me to get him out of trouble.I had enough and told him to get out.I haven't heard from him since other than he's been arrested.

I was so lost in my train of thought that I almost didn't hear my phone ringtone go off.I looked at my phone to see Mum was calling me

On the call

Me:Hello?

Mum:Honey are you busy right now?

Me:No why?

Mum:Its about b/n.Hes been broken out of jail.Officers are suspecting that he has been kidnapped.

Me:Since when?

Mum:Yesterday night.

Me:So what should we do about it?

Mum:Can you try get involved in the case?

Me:I'm already involved in a major case at the moment.I doubt I will be accepted into this one.Especially as it is personal.

Mum:What case is that?

Me:I am trying to capture Inferno.

Mum:Inferno?As in the drug dealer Inferno?

Me:Yes mum that one.

Mum:Oh no.Honey be careful.

Me:Why?

Mum:You know what b/n was involved with.What if he has any links to this Inferno?

Me:Then I will put both back behind bars where they belong.

Mum:I just don't want to see you get hurt again honey.

Me:If what you are saying is right mum then I need to protect you from danger.Its what Dad would have wanted me to do.Youre all I have left I can't lose you.

Mum:Just promise me you will stay safe.

Me:I promise

Mum:Okay honey.Bye love you

Me:Love you too Mum.
