I sit outside the trap house because the rats get really bad at night and I was afraid of them. This was Tre's second or third time doing this to me. Telling me he had to make a run, then he leaves me here at the fucking trap all day. He wont let me have a car, so I was stuck here.
It was about 4am when his red Charger pulled up. I walked up to the car and got in the passenger side.
"What I tell you about sitting outside?"
I ignored him and continued to scroll on Instagram.
"Aw fuck your mad." He says chuckling and rolling his eyes
"Damn right I'm mad! You left me here at the trap all fucking day."
"Well I had to make a play and the shit took longer than expected."
"Why can't we get a normal ass job, and I'm going back to school so. Why do you have to sell drugs? You gon either be locked up or dead."
He looked at me in disgust then turned his head back towards the road "Selling drugs is fast money. And I need fast money dealing withcho high maintenance ass."
"Oh I'm high maintenance now?" I take a deep breath and continue to scroll through Instagram.
"Look I'm sorry. I ain't gon leave you at the trap no more baby I promise."
"Ight cool."
He sighs and continues driving home.
Next morning "Gen! I'm finna head out."
"Alright, drop me off at the trap, I'm going with Chloe today."
"Ight hurry up I gotta be somewhere in a hour." He says about to walk out our room
"Wait baby, I've been thinking maybe it's time for me to get my own car." I say sitting on the toilet peeing
He comes in with his face scrunched up "your own car?"
I nod my head
"Yea. Nahh. You don't need that much freedom."
"But you let me go with Chloe and Jayla all the time. What's the difference?"
"They not gon take you to no nigga house. Because They know I'll kill all y'all."
"So you don't trust me?" I nod my head "Okay cool" I say getting in the shower.
