"Yes baby it always look good. Please stop tripping. Everything's gonna be perfect." He says hugging me from behind and kissing my neck
"I really hope so. Your meeting my Mom and Older brother today." I say turning around and pulling his chain from under his button up.
"It's gonna be alright. I promise."
"What time is it?"
"11am."
"Okay party starts at 1. I think we should there earlier."
"Yea we can."
"Is your mom still coming?"
"Yes Genesis."
"Are you irritated with me?" I say smirking
"Yes, because your tripping for no reason." He says leaving the bathroom and entering our room to lay down.

"I swear to god Genesis you eat another one of my strawberries I'm going to beat yo ass." Jayla says popping my hand out her fruit bowl
"I'm sorry, I'm stress eating."
"Why are you stressing?"
"Meeting Malik's parents and he's meeting mine." I say grabbing a pack of crackers and a coke
"Y'all will be good. Where the hell is Chloe? I thought she'd be here first."
"I don't know. She hasn't been answering my calls."
"I wonder where the hell shes at."
"My moms here Gen." Malik says coming into the kitchen and helping me out my seat.
"Hi Genesis, how are you?" Malik's mom asks me.

"I'm good. Congratulations on the baby. Y'all are gonna be great parents."
"Thank you. I'm so nervous. But he's been holding me down and helping me so much. I really love him for that."
"Aww it's great to hear my sons out here being a gentleman."
"Gentleman is an understatement." I say watching him from a distance.
"I'm so proud of him. He has came a long way."
"I'm glad he's finally settled down with a beautiful girl."
"Aww thank you so much." I say hugging her
"Alright I'm gonna let you speak to the rest of your guests." Ms.Vanessa says waving me off.
I walk towards Malik and kiss him.
"I love your mom so much, she's so sweet."
"Told you everything would be perfect." He says smiling and holding my waist.
"You did. I feel so much better now." I say with my hands wrapped around his neck.
I peck his lips 3 times
