Bonnie sat in the Pokemon center, stroking a brush over Dedenne. She had grown up some since she last saw Ash and Serena back in Kalos. Her hair was longer, and she wore two braids that surrounded the crown of her head, while the rest hung down past her shoulders. She wore a yellow, button-up blouse that tied off by her belly button, and a brown skirt with lace on the hem. Next to her was a yellow backpack lined with pretty lace.

She stared off into space, her foot tapping impatiently. Dedenne looked up at her partner, curiously. "Nenene?" (Translation: "You okay?")

Bonnie paused her hand and looked down at her. "Oh? Sorry Dedenne. I'm okay. I guess I'm just getting impatient. They are a little late." She set the brush down in her yellow backpack, and crossed her arms, sticking her lip out. "OOOOH! 'm serious. If those two paused to makeout in a crevice on their way here-"

"EVAH!" All of the sudden a silver Eevee suddenly jumped out of nowhere, bounding off of Bonnie's head.

"NENENENE!" Startled, Dedenne used a thundershock attack, shocking both Bonnie and the Eevee. Bonnie's arms and legs were flailing, and her eyes seemed to point in opposite directions at the charge.

"Ah! Nova!" A girl with short, jet black hair with pink at the tips, and tanned skin came running up to them. She picked up the little silver Eevee in her arms, and looked at Bonnie in concern. "Oh my! Lo siento! Are you okay?"

Bonnie slowly sat up, rubbing her head. "Yeah, I'm okay. Dedenne tends to use Thundershock when she gets startled. I'm kind of used to it. Is your Eevee okay?"

The older girl looked down at the Eevee in her arms. It hung over her arm, looking shaken up and exhausted. "Evuuuuhhh..." (Translation: "Ouuuuuuch.")

"I-I think she's alright." The girl stroked the Eevee's head. "Are you alright, Nova?" The Eevee, named Nova looked up at the girl and gave a small nod.

"Mary? Is everything okay over here?" Another girl came running up, another Eevee perched on her shoulder. Bonnie noticed that the girls looked exactly alike. However, the new girl's hair was really long and hung down past her hips. Had Bonnie been younger, and her brother still single, she would have considered both of them keepers, as they were very, very pretty.

The girl, presumably named Mary, nodded. "Yeah, Nova ran and startled this girl's Dedenne over here and it used Thundershock."

The girl with the long hair reached down and helped Bonnie to her feet. Bonnie held Dedenne in her arms, and smiled. "Thanks. Again, sorry about Dedenne freaking out. My name is Bonnie, and this is my partner Dedenne. Who are you guys?"

The girl with the long hair spoke first. "I'm Maria, and this is Stryke." She pointed to the Eevee on her shoulder.

The other girl Mary gave a small bow and a nervous laugh. "I'm Mary, and this Eevee you just met is named Nova. She's kind of hyper, when she isn't under the effects of thundershock!" Nova gave an exhausted smile, and a tiny salute. "Evuuuh..."

Bonnie smiled excitedly. "Oh wow! Are you twins? You guys look so much alike, other than your haircuts!"

Maria nodded, chuckling. "Oh yeah. We are. So, where are you from? Are you a PCP? You seem a little young to be on a journey."
