Madison looked at the clock behind Mark. 3:24 PM. Teachers and students should be gone by now. She has been standing before him for the past twenty minutes and was not really sure why she's even staying.
"I have homework to do, Mr. Traineer," She mumbled through gritted teeth. Men are so confusing. First he tells her to join him after school and now he won't say anything? Wow.
Mark's head snapped, glaring her in the eye, angry at the whole thing.
"You know I'm not just 'Mr. Traineer.' Madison!" Her eyes widen at how his voice boomed, echoing throughout the classroom.
"Don't tell me it's just me, Madi. I know you feel it too." Madison's eyebrows knitted together. Well that escalated quickly. They both feel the tension but Madison was terrified at what's about to come. What is going on?
His legs strode her way, coming closer to Madison.
"I don't," Madi muttered.
"Stop lying, Madison!" Her body stiffened as Mark's enormous hand gripped her forearm. "I have it right here!" His other hand held out the leather journal, waving it around her face, mockingly.
"Uh-" Madi's heart started to race. She felt trap. Beads of sweat were building up on her forehead.
"Shut up." Mark whispered, face inching towards hers. "Just shut up and kiss me, dammit." Madison froze. His face was only about an inch or maybe even closer than that.
"I-I can't. You're getting married." Mark's lids slowly closed, breathing in Madison's strawberry scented breath.
"Kiss me. Convince me that I should leave her and be with you. Just kiss me." That's all she needed to close the gap between them and have their lips locked.
A/N: Should I end it here or continue? ... Hmmm
