3 Months Later
Her legs dangled over his desk as she plays with the tips of her hair and chewed her gum loudly, trying to annoy Mark.
"Madi. Stop." A smirk slowly made its way on her lips. No matter his protest, she continued to smack her gum, even making a bubble once in a while.
"You’ve been chewing on that thing for almost an hour now. I'm sure the flavor is gone." Madison's tongue swirled around the gum. Yeah, he's right. The mint-yness is gone.
"Fine." She spits it in the bin next to her.
'Thank gosh,' Mark thought. He tried to focus back on the homework that needed to be graded in front of him. Slowly, Madison reached for another piece and placing it in her mouth. Again, she continued to chew loudly.
Mark sighed, putting the red pen down. He got off his swivel chair and stood in between Madison's legs. She wrapped them around his waist, trapping his body.
"You're really annoying, you know that," He whispered, grinning. Mark placed his forehead on hers.
"Takes one to know one, babe." Both of their eyes gently closed, feeling each other’s warmth. But just to piss off Mark, after a few seconds of silence, she chewed on her gum again; even louder this time.
Mark raised a brow, closing the gap between them. He had their lips locked in a sensual kiss, feeling her full lips against his.
After a few minutes, Madison pulled away, giving Mark’s nose a gentle peck.
Mark retreated from between her legs and sat back in his leather seat, taking the pen back in his hand.
Madison went back to playing with her hair. Her eyebrows furrowed. Something felt weird weird. She felt like something is missing. And then she heard a gum smack loudly.
"You stole my gum."
