The fox on her upper arm is from her father saying she was as "sly as a fox" so to speak, since she loved to sneak up on people as a kid

The moon is just something decretive she decided to get on her wrist. She likes to be quiet and sneak around, she's always there... like the moon.

Helene is known to be the mysterious type. She likes to be off and alone, not speak to anyone unless she has to. Her complete personality and pretty much unknown, even to herself sometimes. She doesn't like interaction with anyone besides her best friend the Nekozawa but even with him, she doesn't talk all that much.
She is very distant, if she had the choice to be in a large group of people or off on her own in a corner drowning in her sorrows, she would take the latter option in the blink of the eye, and add some judging everyone on top of it!
Helene is one of those people who isn't interested in ghost stories, oh no, she /is/ a ghost story. In middle school people said she was a witch coming to steal your soul and drag you into hell where she would feed on their flesh. She earned the nickname "hell women" there, but once someone mad the mistake to call her that to her face... it didn't stick.
Helene has high standards on who she tolerates. No- not likes- tolerates. Which basically means she hates and judges everyone, but is smart enough not to say anything about it out loud. Instead she just stands off and judges everybody for every single little thing they do. UwU 
She's also pretty rude whoops. She is all just, don't talk to me, I don't like you, and I will make it well known that I do not like you at all if you get into my personal bubble you birch tree. She just doesn't like people, at all, what so ever. Besides her only friend, she wants everyone to leave her alone or perish.
