I swear to god if you have brought me to exercise

"Darlin i really think it will do you some good getting away from Riverdale for a little bit " Mom said as she handed Dad her little suitcase .
"You sure you dont wanna come , theres an extra space in the car just for you " Dad said loading her case into the car .
"Honestly i love aunty but she drives me insane and the thought of staying there for a week worries me " i laugh "but send her my love " i say .
"Are you sure your going to be alright on your own ?" My mom asked slightly worried , Dad got the car started .
"Mom stop worrying and have a nice time " i say giving her a reassuring smile .
"Dont cause too much mayhem while were gone " my dad laughed
"Ill try not to " i say as they pulled out of the garage and onto the road . Dad beeped the horn when they were out of my eyesight . They decided to leave in the evening time so now i had the house all to myself well thats what i thought until my phone rung . It was Sweetpea .
"Carter "
"Yes Sweetpea , what do you want ?" I ask
"Jugheads sorting something out tonight , you in ?"
"You know you dont even have to ask " i say as i hang up the phone and get onto my bike .

"So what you sorting out ?" I ask Jug as we all stood rount the firepit .
"Were sorting out Penny Peabody once and for all " he said as he threw all the boys their snake masks . As we all squeezed into the front and back of the truck , Jughead run me over his plan to get her which was why the boys had masks at the ready . Me and Jughead let ourselves into the warehouse and into the hallway .
"Jughead Jones and Rosie Carter , i wasnt expecting you two "
"Well we all like a suprise dont we Penny " i say as the others came in .
"What is this ?" She says as they walked up to her grabbing her and covering her head with a sack . "Get off of me " .We got her into the truck and Jughead drove us to Greendale which was were we was going to drop her off .
"Welcome to your new home " Jughead started . Jughead was still talking but i wasnt really looking all i could focus on was Penny Peabody a grown woman was on her knees in front of a group of teenagers . I hated Penny even when she was in the serpents properly , there was always something i didnt like but just couldnt put my finger on .
"Grab her " Jughead instructed so me and Sweetpea ended up holding one of her arms each .
"You cocky little kids "
"Penny its time you learned that tattoo doesnt make you a serpent " Jughead said flicking out his blade and walking towards her . She started laughing at him until the blade was extremely close to her which was when she began to struggle but i held her down as tightly as i could as Jughead began to carve the ink out of her arm , all you could hear was her screaming and you could see pools of blood on the floor . Jughead wiped his knife clean on her jeans before getting up .
"Come on serpents " he said and he drove us all back to Riverdale . I didnt want to stay with all the others so i got on my bike and rode back home . I flopped down onto the couch , i pulled my serpent jacket open to find my lighter when i noticed the blood on my tshirt . I couldnt help but stare at it for a little while taking in what just happened . This is what came with being in a gang , it had its highs and it had its lows . It was wild , sometimes i hated the label that had been put on me . Everyone that didnt know me would see the green snake on my back or my tattoo and just assume im looking for trouble but what if trouble comes to me , i have to protect myself and my serpent family . I snap out of my thoughts and go to look for the pot that i had in my bedroom , eventually after looking for what felt like half hour i managed to find it . I took my earlier position on the couch and rolled myself a joint before lighting it .

The next thing i remember is waking up to a knock on the front door , i must have fallen asleep after my smoke . I went to the door and when i opened it i was shocked to see Reggie standing there .
"Reggie what the fuck are you doing here ?" I ask gently rubbing my probably bloodshot eyes .
"Were going out "
"When did i agree to this ?" I ask
"You dont need to , its with me come on i already know your answer"
"I swear your head expands everytime i see you "
"Yeah it probably does but babe can you blame me " he said pointing to himself making me scoff .
"Fine lead the way " i say stepping out and down the porch we went .
"So what your parents are cool with you smoking pot ? " he asks me
"Well there not in Riverdale but they dont mind me smoking it as long as its not all the time " i admit
"So youve got a free house " he smirked at me
"Mantle i swear to god " i laugh and go to punch his arm but he grabs my hand just in time .
"Listen dont mess with Mantle alright " he jokes
"Oh im so scared " i say sarcastically .
"Alright were here " he says and i look around but all i could see was the track where he trains .
"I swear to god if you have brought me to exercise "
"Just get over the fence " he said crouching down to help me up and over the fence . I got to near the top and somehow got stuck for about 5 minutes and struggled to get down the other side , Reggie didnt give me a hand . Instead he decided to film me and take a few photos .
"That phone will go up your ass if you carry on " i warned before eventually getting myself over . Soon after Reggie got himself over making it look easy .
"Its better at night " he says and i actually understood what he meant by that . It was all dimly lit , nobody was here . It was peaceful . He led me over to the grass in the middle . Both of us sat down . He grabbed his backpack before opening it and shaking out all the junkfood that he had brought for us .
"Mantle now youre talking " i say as he chucks me a bag of my favourite chips .
"So how comes your parents left you here ?"
"Well i could have went with them but for some reason i decided to stay here "
"Im pretty sure im that reason " he smirked
"I can see your head getting bigger again " i laugh as he wraps his arm around my neck and pulling me to him .
"Reg...ie" i say as i nearly choked on my chips . The both of us started play fighting but we stopped when i heard him roll over the bag of chips .
"Youve got to be kidding me " i sigh as i flop my head onto his shoulder . I sat back up before he moved my jacket to the side slightly .
"Whats that ?" He asked sitting himself up . I looked down and it was the blood from earlier , i had forgotten to change shirts since i fell asleep .
"Oh its nothing " i say moving his hand off my jacket .
"Rosie what is it ?" He asked and finally pulled back my jacket to see the patch of blood .
"Did you hurt yourself ?" He asked me , i just shook my head and tried to change the topic .
"Rosie whats happened ?" He asked me going back to it .
"Reggie honestly its nothing "
"Well i wanna know "
"I helped Jughead with a job " i admit not looking at him .
"So thats not your blood then ?" He asked me
"No its not " i admit
"What the fuck " i hear him say quietly
"Here we go " i roll my eyes
"So you hurt someone ?" He asked wanting to know who
"She deserved it and plus i didnt touch her " i say . He looks at me and he seems shocked that i said that .
"Reggie what do you expect ?" I say
"Well i didnt expect you to doing shit like that "
"But im in a gang "
"Doesnt mean you have go round doing shit like that " he says
"Reggie im a snake in case youve forgot " i say with some attitude
"How can i forget ?" He said
"What ?"
"It plays on my fucking mind Rosie "
"Why ?"
"Because i fucking like you " he groaned
"One thing you should know is i would never change for anyone . That gang is my fucking family and if you cant accept that then its quite clear nothings going to happen here " i say gesturing to us two . I get myself up to leave .
"No Rosie i didnt mean " he stuttered " sit back down " .
"No youve made it quite clear that me being a serpent bothers you " i say before walking away from him .
