I am one with a temper, so I know how it feels to just want to punch a wall, throw a chair, throw a person, throw a duck - you know, whatever's close. Counting backwards doesn't help me, but breathing does. But you need peace in your mind first. Think to yourself: don't touch the pencil, you know you'll break it. But if you want to break it then I'm not responsible. Talk to yourself to calm down. That's what helps me. (Then again I might just be crazy after all)
