"Jeez, Rose, did you have to knock me out?" Reiki whined.

"You annoyed me," she replied.

"Pay up, sucka!" Nashi yelled at Eugene. "You lost the bet!"

"Can we wait until Aunt Erza shows up?" he asked.

"I guess so~," Nashi replied, a huge grin plastered on her face.

"I hope she forgets" Eugene whispered to Nova.

The demon, Deliora, trapped in a huge block of ice. Gray, Happy, Natsu, and Lucy all looked at it.

Gray: Deliora...

Natsu: You sure this is the demon your master sealed away?

"Well, how many demons are around?" Storm asked.

"More than you'd think," Luke said.

"That was a rhetorical question, baka!"

Gray: There's no doubt about it.

Happy: I wonder why it was transported all the way from the northern continent to Galuna Island.

Lucy: You don't think this demon has something to do with the island's curse, do you?

"Probably," Nashi said.

Gray: I wouldn't be surprised if it did. It may be enclosed in ice, but that thing's still alive.

Natsu: Sweet! Give me a go at it! I ain't afraid of no stupid demon.

"He really thinks he can fight it?" Rin asked.

"Well, he can," Sylvia replied. "Whether he can win is a different story."

Lucy: You know, brute force isn't the only way to solve a problem, Natsu.

Natsu: A little fire ought to do the trick!

Gray suddenly turned and punched him in the face. Natsu, caught completely off-guard, flew back a few feet.

"Is Uncle Gray seriously picking a fight now?" Luke asked.

"They need to work on their timing," Nashi said.

Happy: Gray just punched Natsu!

Lucy: This wouldn't be the first time he's done that.

"True," Nova smirked.

Natsu: What's the deal? What'd you hit me for, Gray?

Natsu looked surprised as he saw Gray's conflicted face.

"What's wrong-kina?" Cubi whispered.

"He seems pretty ticked," Eugene noted.

Gray: I don't want you and your flames anywhere near it. If that ice melts and Deliora is revived, there's no way we'd be able to stop it.

Natsu: Come on. Do you really think a huge chunk of ice would be that easy to melt?

Gray looked at him for a second, then looked down. Lucy and Happy just watched.
