The Plan of the Angels

Chapter 7

-Present Time-

Spence parked the car outside of the hotel Sam and I were staying at. By the time we got back to the hotel it was already six in the evening. Spence remained in the driver's seat while texting Sam to come to the parking lot. I was standing outside while leaning on the passenger door, facing the hotel. I hear a knock behind me and I turn and lean down to look at Spence who is rolling down the passenger window.

"Nice ass you got there Sara"

"Shut it Spence" he chuckles at my response.

"On a serious note, what are you planning on telling Sam once she gets here?"

"Not the truth that's for sure. Can you believe what would happen if she finds out the life we live. She's already in danger just being associated with me. If these exiles find her and know that she knows all about us... she means too much to me, Spence. Maybe someday in the future-"

"Are you guys talking about your future as a couple?" the sudden voice of Sam interrupting me brought me happiness. She's safe.

"Come here you little brat." and gave her a hug.

"Glad your safe." she exhaled in relief.

"Likewise, I was worried you didn't make it far from the place." she removed herself from the hug.

"Used the back exit. Then took a cab to the hotel, used the card you gave me to pay for the ride, and then I used it to pay for my dinner which you didn't get me." she accusingly looked at me.

"I get it, that's why Spence here will take us to a nearby restaurant for dinner. On me." Sam excitingly hugged me.

"I knew there was a reason he was here. So what's in the couple's near future?"

"Sam, your shipping obsession between me and Spence is getting quite creepy. You know we don't see each other that way."

"You're right. I ship you with Jungkook more anyway. And your interaction with V~! Sara you have no idea how many people you made jealous. V literally grabbed your wrist and cupped your face! Also, oh my gosh! We met BTS yesterday! It was an absolute dream come true. Thank you thank you so much for doing this for me Sara! I promise to behave while you're gone."

"I mean don't see why I needed to bribe you to behave but I appreciate the thought. Anyways let's start heading out otherwise we might find busy restaurants. Don't know about you but I'm starving." Sam gets in the backseat and I sit back on the passenger seat.

"Alright ladies please have your seatbelt strapped on at all times and enjoy the ride."

Spence pushes a button causing the rooftop cover to start retracting towards the back of the car. I see from my peripheral view Sam smiling widely. I on the other hand was starting to worry what Spence had in mind. My silent question was answered shortly after when Spence was driving a bit too fast for my liking. With Sam's hands in the air and Spence's laugh ringing in my ears I knew. Spence is as good as dead when this is over.
