A couple hours later I was sitting at the back of the cafe waiting for the guys to show up and hopefully not run into any exiles. I drank my iced coffee as I stared at the passing people attending the day's needs. It was starting to get chilly so the sunlight outside gave a warm feel instead of a blistering heat. I closed my eyes deciding to use my Sight to see if there's anything I should be on the lookout for.

From my bird's eye view, I see the dull grey spots of humans all at the cafe. I allow my Sight to take me farther and I am able to see the entire block. Nothing other than the dull grey spots are seen and I open my eyes, relieved that there is no immediate danger. I turn my phone on to look at the time again, 1:47 pm. Thirteen more minutes. I realized with a start that I leave for my mission in two days. I'll have Spence take care of Sam, and I'll head off to London where Griffin has asked for my help. I open up my text conversation with him and let him know of my past encounters. He might be able to give me some advice.

Me: Hey Grif, was wondering if you can chat right now?

Grif: Hi Sara, how's it going?
Yea it's no problem

Me: So a couple days ago I ran into some exiles that were looking for Grigori
I assumed it was me but I remembered that I was guarding my aura
Then I met this group of guys who I can sense

Grif: Exiles?

Me: No, it's not like a warning trigger but not exactly Grigori either
I used my Sight to maybe be able to see something
And I know you caution me on my Sight cause of how unfamiliar it is
But I saw their auras
Like not dull grey human auras but dull colored auras
Any idea what they could be?

Grif: A few but I'd rather not say unless absolutely certain
Have you contacted your maker?

Me: Well, he contacted me
Last night in my dreams he said that it was necessary we meet
So that's who I'm waiting for now

Grif: Well, I don't see how I can be of help then
I'm sure you'll find out soon enough

Me: Yea but I wanted your opinion
To see if maybe my maker is exaggerating the situation

Grif: If your maker contacted you then it's serious
And if this is about you not trusting your maker then it's time to grow up because it seems you're always arguing with him

Me: I trust him!
Maybe he should trust me more
And tell me his name and rank and explain to me why I don't have a partner yet

Grif: All in due time
Now I wish you luck in your meeting
I trust you'll contact me after?

Me: Of course
You're my leader after all

Grif: Some say you seem more like one

Me: Who Spence?
Psh the boy follows your orders like a soldier

Grif: He does but if he notices your judgment to be fair he'll follow you without a doubt
He knows good leaders

Me: You're a good leader

Grif: I appreciate the compliment
Anyways let me know once you're catching your flight to London

Me: Will do
Later Grif

I set my phone down and almost immediately I sense the guys approaching. The door chimes alert the employees of the cafe of new customers and I can tell that there are five masked men at the front. They all huddle together at the front briefly until one heads to the register while the other four start heading my way.
