The door swung open. I didn't even bother to look and see who was coming in until I heard a low, deep voice saying,"you guys have been in here for way too long." I stopped hugging Brennan and crying and turned around. Aryn. Aryn with a grumpy look on his face. "...Sorry-"

"Don't worry about it." Said Brennan cutting me off," we didn't do anything like that." There was a long, silent pause. "...Like what?" Asked Aryn. "Well you know." Said Brennan," uhh...well..." We were caught in an awkward moment. "Ha-ha awkward much?" Chuckled Aryn.

2 day after the incident, Brennan was free to go home. But I was accused of abuse. I was guilty and put behind bars for a week. Not a big deal. I needed time to be alone anyways. But I was mad at Brennan for making me do that.

I sat on a broken bench looking up at the old, cracked ceiling that looked like it was going to come falling down on me. This place is pretty disgusting. I got up from my seat and wrapped my fingers around the cold metal bars as if they were old vines. What did I do wrong? Brennan wanted me to do that. Ugh. Stupid Brennan. I was then practically punching myself in the face for thinking such a thing. I sighed and took a seat on the broken bench.

3 minutes later, I heard a soft, calm man's voice say," ...Miss.Marshall?" I looked up. It was a guard with one of the office phones in his hand," phone call for you." I reached in between the bars to grab the phone.

Me: hello?

Brennan: hey good to talk to you I was hoping you'd be available.

Me: Brennan? Is it you?

Brennan: heh. Yeah. I have something important to tell you.

Me: what?

Brennan: this town is kinda' messed up right now- 'er a mess...

Me: what do you mean by that??
