My phone rang. Then I knew it was the secretary calling me back. I prayed for good news.
Secretary: hey this is Ms. Smith speaking from the secretary office on the first floor. Brennan's nurse said she didn't work with him at all this morning. She didn't even bother to get him up.
I hung up my phone and placed it on the bed beside me. I put my hands over my eyes and started to bawl. I worried myself to the point were I literally threw anxiety attacks all day. Sitting in his hospital room trying to call him over and over, nothing. No answer. Just nothing. I felt tears beginning to fall. "Brenny, where are you?" I asked myself over and over. "Right here." I heard his voice echo. I stopped crying, gasped, then looked up. He was white and slightly invisible. "Brennan?!" I asked excitedly.
"Yes." He said that's me."
"Wh-wha happened to you?!" He began to frown. "I died." He answered," my body is gone."
"But noooo!!" I screeched," this can't be! No you have to be lying!"
"I-I-I'm not." He said as tears rolled down his face."My body disappeared. God did it. Because he didn't want you to know until I was ready to tell you." Vampires represent the devil. "Vampires represent the devil. Brennan how are you not in hell? How are you not a demon?"
"God said I was too good to be one. He wanted me to be with him. And he wants you too." I was 100% confused. "But we're from the devil." I said. "I know." Said Brennan,"but God believes in us."
