I woke up to the natural alarm of sunlight shining through partly open curtains that hung over the window. I slowly sat up in bed. I then remembered what happened the day before. I also realized that I was alone in bed even though I remembered Kakashi lying down next to me.

I slowly got out of bed still a little tired form the day before. I went back to the hospital to check on Kankuro, he lost a fair amount of blood the day before. I walked down the dusty streets. You could tell the people were very on edge after being attacked and losing their Kazekage. You could tell that the few people that were on the street were only out because they had to buy something or go somewhere and were trying to get back inside as fast as possible. These people had a different look in their eye. More untrusting and shifty.

I reached the hospital and headed through the double doors. I went to the room that had Kankuro in it. When I entered there was the same doctor lady and Temari standing by the bed. They turned to see who had opened the door, they seemed surprised that it was me.

"Aman! Wow, how are you already up and walking?" Temari almost sounded concerned.

"Yeah I tend to be pretty resilient. How's Kankuro?"

"A whole lot better thanks to you," Temari said thankfully. I just nodded in response.

"Hey, so do you have any idea of where Kakashi could be?" I changed the subject.

"Oh...well uh-" Temari looked hesitant to say something.

"Go on, where is he?"

"He..uh...he left, along with Naruto and Sakura to go find Gaara," Temari said a little fast.

"What?! They left with out me?!"

"Kakashi knew you would respond like this. He didn't want you to hurt yourself more," the doctor lady explained.

"Pft!! Oh please. Tell me what way they headed," I said, starting to calm down.

"Aman I don't think-"

"It wasn't a question," I said with a certain dark glow in my already dark sapphire eyes, a look that could even scare the Hokage. Temari and the doctor lady flinched, and they spoke up quickly.

"North!" They said simultaneously. I teleported through the shadows out of the hospital faster than lightning.

I started to run north through the scorching desert. I never liked the heat and the sun, but I wasn't paying attention to that then. I had to find the others. After running for what felt like forever I finally saw a big explosion and heard a voice yell in the distance.

"Art is an explosion!"

I didn't take a genius to figure out who that was. It could only be the oh-so-lovely Deidara (note sarcasm). I continued to run in that direction until I retched the cliff of a small canyon. I could see two figures at the bottom chasing a large white bird with a familiar yellow-head riding it. I could see one of the figures was Naruto, and from what I could tell he was starting to loose his cool. And Kakashi, he was using his Mangekyo. Anyone could tell that Deidara was just trying to lead Kakashi and Naruto somewhere, I assumed was away form Gaara. I knew I should probably step in right about now. And you know how I loved to make an entrance.

I infused a bit of my chakra into a kuni and chucked it at the clay bird. The weapon went right through the birds neck, and its head fell to the ground along with the rest of the bird. Deidara went crashing down with it. I jumped down in front of the fallen bird and it's rider.
