During the colorful Spring and almost getting in the intense Summer in the Great Isle, Mat had many encounters with the Goddesses. They had a bond, much more intimate now. The intervals between the encounters decreased. He always knew how to excuse himself on every different occasion, unfolding and contorting himself to conceal with his daily tasks.

And still had a breath to be with the beautiful brunette Kalima.

From these supernatural encounters, we could recall from the most exciting ones:

...

The one with the rescue on the river was an example. Mat just had left the river and was lied down on the sand taking a rest. Still breathless he saw the four Goddesses by his side with that beautiful eyes, voiceless and worried. They do not speak, but somehow it seemed like they were trying to understand his situation; if he was good, sane or even with some covered wound.

They were touching his body gently, looking for something unusual, like an injury. There was nothing, he was fine. The Goddess Summer opened Mat's mouth to see if he had swallowed water. After the shock passed, he stood up and opened his arms and legs:

"Women, I told you I'm fine! I'm Ok, can't you see? I didn't drown, but thank you anyway... If you hadn't caught me maybe I might be carried away by the current."

They looked to each other's face and seemed to understand. The Goddess Spring went to pick up fruit for Mat and he started to devour it with much effort.

"Hm... Certainly, this fruit reestablishes me! One of these days I will take one of these charmed apples to home. It makes little miracles. I think Kalima would be excited by my divine performance too, don't you think? Maybe she would even stop to talk so much of Satir, wouldn't she?"

The women don't understand many things that Mat said, he was talking in human language after all, but most of times they could understand the intention of his lines. They could distinguish even when he was being ironic. They knew when he was calm, happy when he was afraid, apprehensive, angry and even stressed.

The supernatural lionesses treated him like his patron Lion on human skin. Their favorite human: that was Mat.

After they checked up on Mat's health, they left and went back to the job that makes they come to the river: fishing. Or, a better expression would be: hunting fish.

Goddess Fall and Spring went first. They climbed up to a medium-height branch and stayed observing the river. Due to the vertical and lateral size of the Tree, its branches reached almost the middle of the river. Therefore, the Goddesses had a good overview of the fishes there, even in good depth.

Suddenly, Mat saw the Goddess Fall jump as quickly as on the deer's attack episode. Even with the flexible branch on her back, she entered the water without much fuss; a plunge-worthy of a marine fisherman bird of prey. She stayed a few moments down there and soon went back with two fishes. One on a hand and another on the fierce mouth.

"Wow! You caught two at the same time!

Goddess Spring did the same and soon was returning from the river with her fish. And was a big one; a Salmon of almost 11 pounds.

Goddess Winter also jumped and lastly was Goddess Summer.

She was on a higher branch and made a nice jump, diving her divine silhouette into the water without doing ripples too. The thing was that she took longer down there than the sisters, underwater. Mat that was following the fishing became a little worried with the first Goddess. A minute passed and she didn't get back to the surface.

Suddenly, Mat jumped into the river and started searching for the Goddess, following her branch. A little ahead he noticed that his foot got stuck on something, and the river current was strong. Got desperate and tried to escape, without success. He was already yelling for help when Goddess Summer emerged on his front with a fish in her mouth:
