+Use wooden coat hangers instead of plastic coat hangers.
+Use paper tape instead of plastic sticky tape
+Use cloth nappies instead of plastic ones for babies
+Use a metal/glass feeding bottle instead of a plastic one
+Use a menstrual cup or reusable pads/tampons instead of disposable ones
+Use energy-saving lightbulbs
+Use colouring pencils/ fibre tip pens instead of plastic pens
+Buy real plants instead of fake plants- they take in carbon dioxide, which a greenhouse gas, and produce oxygen, which boosts brainpower!
· Use a washable sticky roller instead of a peel-off one.
