Bakugou pov
"So Eijiro, Katsuki how long have you known each other?"
"Well I started talking to him about a month or so ago but I've seen him in the halls a ton before. Usually yelling at someone or quietly weaving through the crowds."
"Wait you saw me before we started talking?"
"I mean yeah! I just got enough confidence to talk to you recently." Your kidding right?! We could've been something sooner? Actually probably not.
"Well I'm glad you two met. We've been hoping that Katsuki would finally have a good friendship in life."
"Thank you Mr. Bakugou. He's my best friend and I wouldn't trade him for the world."
"Ei, you mean that?" As soon as I said that everyone's eyes were on me. Shit, I just yote myself out of the closet head first didn't I?
"Katsuki? What was that?" Aw fuck it. Might as well go all in.
"That was me addressing my boyfriend. Don't like it? Too bad it's who I am and I don't need some hag telling me I'm gonna burn."
"HOW COULD YOU NOT HAVE TOLD ME THIS BEFORE!? NOT ONLY AM I JUST INTRODUCED TO HIM BUT I JUST FIND OUT YOUR GAY TOO! If anything I'm pissed that you didn't trust or tell me!"
"Hey Katsu, I'm going to excuse myself."He left the table putting his plate into the sink before zipping away to find my room.
"I'll let you two figure this out. And son, you have my full support."
My mother looked towards me with the power of 1,000 suns in her stare.
"Before anything I don't feel like yelling more. You probably already scared off Eiji."
"Okay. No more yelling, but seriously you're 16 and you never told either me or your father that you're..."
"Gay. I'm gay. Y'know, taste the rainbow motherfucker?"
"I'll let that slide. I'm sorry if we made it seem that we wouldn't accept and support you. Just know we love you with all of our hearts."
"Thanks mom." My voice cracked and my eyes were on the verge of tears. Now would be a good time wouldn't it? "Can you give me a second?"
"Of course."I walk to my room to see Eiji sitting at the desk putting his things down.
"Hey Eiji, I think it's time I tell her, about therapy."
"Want me to come with you?"
"Mhm."
"Alright let's go."We walked back to the common room to see my mom waiting, for once, patiently. I rolled up my sleeve exposing my burns that hopefully would heal soon. I don't want to look like that half and half bastard. Even if it is my arm. My leg is bad enough.
"Mom I, I think I need help. Shitty Deku probably never told you because I told him to keep it secret but, in middle school I tried to kill myself. I thought I could just end my suffering. I thought I had no other out. He found me and stopped me so I made him swear that he wouldn't tell a soul. When Eijiro introduced himself and we started hanging out. I found my reason to keep going." He grabbed my shaking hand helping me to continue talking without breaking down. "That's why I wanted you to know this. I just figured now would be the right time. Maybe tomorrow we can look for somewhere?"
My mother pulled me into a hug before speaking up.
"It must've taken so much to tell me this. Katsuki, even if you're a brat sometimes, you still have such potential. You're so strong for admitting that you need help. We all know you don't like to do that." I chuckle as she pulls back and wipes my eyes of any possible tears.
"Thanks mom. Me and Eiji are going to my room now, see you tomorrow."
"Alright. Don't do anything 'reckless' okay?"
"M-Mom! What the fuck, we haven't even kissed?!"
"K-K-Katsu I'll be in your room!"
"Wait for me idiot!"We both run into my room hearing my mom laugh quietly. Definitely enjoying bringing the mood up along with embarrassing me.
"I get what you mean by your family is weird, hah."
"God that wasn't even the thick of it. And she wondered why I didn't tell her I was gay." I rolled my eyes as Eiji laughed at my misfortune.
"You know, we really haven't kissed yet." He said while tapping his lower lip with his fingertip.
"You cocky little shit."
"Yeah, your cocky little shit."
"That sounds so fucking stupid, Ei."
"Whatever you say, Kat."
"New nickname? It sounds like shit. I like it."
"You're so confusing sometimes."
"Yeah but you love me for it."
"I don't love you for that actually." He crosses his arms facing his body from me and I pushed him onto the bed.
"Just cuz your my boyfriend doesn't mean you have special privileges."
"You sure about that?"
"Positive."
"C'mere then."
"The hell are you planning, Red?" I smiled and sat next to him.
"Nothin'."
