Jenna POV

I woke up clutching my blanket and my nose full of the faint smell of mint and vanilla. I took a deep sniff of the blanket and the smell became more noticeable. It was then I felt the cold metal and realized I wasn't smelling my blanket, I was smelling the jacket Tay gave me. The smell, it's Tay's perfume. I know I should be upset, but the smell brought me so much comfort. I love her, I really do. I thought she loved me too, but I was wrong, I think. I don't know, everything is so confusing. I looked down at my phone and there were 32 messages, 10 missed calls, and 4 missed facetime calls, all from Tay.

I got up to fix the mess that I am. My hair looked like I was electrocuted and there were streaks of tears through my make up. I heard a knock on the door and I yelled for them to come in as I washed my face. Dakotah walked in and stood at the door.

"I heard what happened," he said with his arms crossed over his chest.

"Did you?" I said as nonchalantly as I could.

"You're wrong about her, you know," he said.

I looked down. "I don't know anymore, D," I sighed.

"How did you even hear about that?" he asked.

"Whakaio's computer recorded you and her when you asked her about it," I said.

"Oh," he said in a "well duh" tone. I turned to look at him, he had his eyes glued to his phone.

"I heard it straight from her. That's why I said what I did," I said as I pinched the bridge of my nose.

"You didn't hear the whole thing. You only heard up to where she admitted she did. Afterwards she said how all she wants now is to just be with you. She told me she loves you, and she really does," he said. I bit my lip, very unsure of what to believe.

"Tell you what, let's go hangout at the beach at around 5:30. After my guys and I hang out for a bit," he said with his eyes still glued to his phone.

"Okay," I said. The guys went out early today so I didn't want to stay alone all day.

He nodded and left. I walked outside and was greeted with a beautiful day. It's 2:30 right now and the day is already chilling a bit. I was in my flannel pajama pants and a jumper, appropriate for a walk. I went around the little area around the place we were staying at. It was full of little thrift shops and coffee shops, it's a really nice spot. I spent about an hour just visiting stores and getting stares from people.

I was headed back to the bus when I caught a glimpse of Tay stepping out of hers. She had a guitar, I didn't know she played. I snapped out of my curiosity and ran the long way around so that she wouldn't see me.

I started to get ready once I reached the bus. Matt was there on Skype with his girlfriend, but the other guys were still out and about. I put on one of my GK tops with my favorite jeans, the black ones with the holes on the knees, a flannel, and my jacket because it's chilly out.

I walked out and immediately bumped into Dakotah. We joked around the whole walk to the beach. It isn't a long walk, but he makes it seem like it is. I looked at the horizon and saw the sun start to set. The sky turned a beautiful violet color as my shoes sunk into the soft beach sand. As we walked towards the shore, I saw a figure in the distance. It was obviously a girl, I could see the long hair and the curves of her body. I thought nothing of it until we got closer. I saw the hair color, the height, the shape of her body, the guitar she was holding, it's Tay.

I tried to turn back but Dakotah just pushed me forward.

"Hello, Jen," she said while she faced the ocean.
