"So Sabrina, tell me, you've worked on all these projects, has any romance ever sparked up between you and any of your cast mates?"
There it was, one of the question they all seem to have to ask. And my answer is usually the same.

I fake laugh. "Um, no, no nothing like that has ever happened."

"Now Sabrina, the people want to know. Are you dating anyone right now?" Now this was the money question. Well for them, cause if they get the gossip out of me, then they hit the jackpot.

I fake laugh again. "No I'm not dating anyone."
"You seem to have a pretty strong relationship with you're Girl Meets World co-star Corey Fogelmanis. No romance bubbling there?"
"Nope, me and Corey are just friends. We've been friends for years. I think people might assume we're "dating" because they think, 'oh, a girl and a guy who are both in the spotlight are really good friends and show that they're good friends on social media? They must be trying to tell us something.' But really that's all it is, me and Corey are just friends."

He nods. "Yes people do like to assume."
I nod. "Right. I'm single and I intend to keep it that way." I lie. "I just turned 20, I got no time for others. No pun intended but actually yes pun intended." I laugh. The interviewer doesn't laugh but someone behind the camera does. "You got it!" I laugh and point to him. Everyone laughs haha.

"So I hear you've just started filming a new movie for Netflix called Work It. It's produced by Alicia Keys. Can you tell us about that?"

I nod, grateful that they're changing the subject from my love life, which everyone just needs to stop talking about for once and just leave it alone.

"Mhm, filming actually starts tomorrow for me, which I'm so excited about, and um it should be a lot of fun and I should learn something from it, especially since all these amazing people are working on it like you said, Alicia Keys, which I've grown up listening to, another strong female which the world needs. Also so many incredible people and um, yeah, it should be a lot of fun."

"You get to be an executive producer on this correct? How much of the creative process are you able to add to this?

"Yeah, that's right. I think when you're an executive producer you can choose to have a bit of creativeness or none at all. For me I think I'd like to add at least a bit of my own creativity in this, it's a lot of paperwork though." I laugh.
The interviewer laughs.

"Ok this interview will probably come out in a couple weeks." The producer tells me when we're done. I nod.

My phone starts ringing. I see it's from my manager so I have to answer it. My manager is nice enough, but he needs to butt out sometimes.

"Hey Sabrina. Listen I just found out about James." He says. I sigh.

"I know there's some things you want to keep private so I'm not mad. I just have some concerns."

"Like what?" I ask him.

"Well does he want to be famous? Does he want to be caught up in the media?" She asks.

"Well no, that's why we want to keep it on the down low." I say.

"I understand that, but the media is everywhere. It's gonna come out eventually." He says.
I nod. "I know." Me and James both knew this might happen.

"How about when you get back from filming, we all can sit down and I'll help you two figure out what to do. Okay?" He says.

"Okay, sounds good to me." I say.

We don't say much more before we hang up. I sigh and go outside to where there's a car waiting for me, since I can't drive.

James POV

I go downstairs where my family is and see that dad just came home. I'm only staying with my family for the summer, then I'm going back to my new soon to be apartment that I will be getting.
My dad is carrying a big box.

"What's in the box?" I ask him.

"You'll see." He chuckles. I follow him into the living room where he sets down the box. My sisters and mom are already in there.

"Guys, look what I got." He grins opening the box.
Inside the box is the cutest little puppy with silky white and brown fur. It looks like a mix between a poodle and cocker spaniel or something. Sabrina would freak out right now cause she loves dogs.

"Puppy!" Hayley yells running towards it.

"What's it's name? Is it a boy or a girl?" Hannah asks.

"A girl." Dad says. "She was a rescue and her name is Marshmallow."

"Marshmallowwwww!" Hayley coos, petting her. "She's so cute what the heck!"

Sabrina's POV

I walk to set after getting dropped off there.

"Sabrina Carpenter!" A girl says. I've seen her online before. Her names is Liza Koshy, one of the funniest people on the internet.

"Liza Koshy!" I say.

She comes over to me and gives me a hug.
"It's nice to finally meet you! I've heard a lot of great things." I say. "I've seen your YouTube."

"The Sabrina Carpenter has seen MY youtube? I feel blessed." We both laugh.

Another guy walks into the room that we're all in. I know who he is cause I've worked with him on The Hate U Give. It's Algee Smith. I think back to that one time.

Flashback

I was sitting outside of the set building. The Hate U Give had just wrapped up filming and it was a cast and crew party thing to celebrate our accomplishment. I went outside to get some fresh air and look at the stars. Algee, who I thought was really attractive at the time, and I may have had a tiny crush on him, walked outside and sat next to me.

"Hey Shorty."  He said and smiled. I was probably the shortest cast member. Algee and KJ would poke fun at it. It was fine though.

"Hey." I said.

"You look hot tonight." He said. I blushed.
"Thanks." I said.

Then he just got right down to it and kissed me. We started making out for a while. It was a pretty nice night I'm not gonna lie, and we both enjoyed it.

After that we didn't really talk or stay in touch, and I kinda lost all feelings I had for him. Then two years later I found James,

"Heeeeey shorty." He says grinning. "How have you been?"
I smile. "I've been good." I say.

"Damn, your playing the lead role! That's good." He says. I nod.
"I'm one of the dancers." He says.

"So you got a boyfriend now?" He asks.
"I do actually yeah." I say. I don't lie cause I've decided to just tell people if they ask, but I'm not gonna tell them who.

"Sabrina!" Liza calls from the other side of the room.

"Oh I better go. It was nice seeing you again!" I say.
"Yeah you too." He nods. "We should hang out sometime."
"Yeah for sure." I say nodding.
