Another note was on my bed when I got home from my morning run. I quickly grabbed it then headed into my bathroom for a shower.

Noon, the beach. Hopefully, I see you there, and alone this time.

Alas

I set the night down by the sink then looked at the clock. It was 10 now. I sighed then jumped into the shower.

When I was done only a couple of minutes went by. I wrapped up in a towel then headed into my room. I walked into my closet and looked for something to wear. I put on a white bikini that stood out against my tan skin. I put a blue romper over it then put on my sandals.

I tied my hair up into a messy bun then headed for the front door. "I'm going to get ice cream with some girls I met on the island," I said as I passed Morpheus and Caleb who were glued to their video game.

"Have fun, don't be back late" Morpheus yelled as I opened the door.

My walk down to the beach was quiet. Some of the locals looked at me, questioning who I was.

When I made it to the beach Alastor was waiting by the rocks for me. He smiled when he saw me.

"Question," He said as I walked over to him. "What should I call you?" he looked me straight in the eyes.

"Artie" I smiled at him and he nodded. The name I had through every life, the name of my wolf. The life I longed to go back to."Beautiful name, for a beautiful soul" I couldn't help but blush at his words.

"I have a cool place to show you," he told me as he looked behind him, into the woods. I'm following my former lover and the torturer of hell into the woods alone. It sounds like a good idea to me.

I followed him down what seemed to be a path. We were climbing uphill, and I was not wearing climbing shoes. Alas stopped and smiled back at me. "Let me help you," he said as he held out his hand. I accepted it and he pulled me to him, he picked me up bridal style and I couldn't help but laugh.

When we reached the top he set me down. I walked forward and looked out at the view.

"It's beautiful," I said as I held my hand out towards the sun. I turned to see Alastair looking at me, a small smile on his face.

"Did I tell you how beautiful you look today?" He asked me as he set down his bag. He grabbed out a blanket and lay it down on a large flat rock. I set my bag next to mine as I shook my head.

"You really know how to charm a girl, lover boy"
~~~~~~~~
I threw my bag over my shoulder as I walked down the deck. I looked to the side to see the island. According to Cullen, this was where she was. He could have just sent me a random island in Greece. I would put it past him, and I honestly wouldn't blame him. He had every right to hate me.
Her entire family does. She does.
The sun was setting over the water and I still had no idea where I was going to stay for the night. If all fails I can just shift and sleep in the woods.
"Mate" Max whimpered. I looked around and listened to the different sounds and tried to smell the air, but all I was getting was the salt from the water, laughter, the waves, and seagulls.
I focused on the laughter. I soon found the source, a sat of drunk men on a boat. Bingo. My friends for the night.
"Hello Friends," I said faking an Italian accent.
"Hello," the taller of the two said as he stood up, the other one fell out of his hammock.
I looked at the man who fell, he was a sight for sour eyes, a redhead. He smiled at me as he stood up.
"Is this your boat?" I asked them and they nodded. "It is, would you like to join us?" One of them asked me.
"Sure" I hopped on board. They are strangers but I'm desperate.
"My names Mason," I told them as I took a seat. "I'm Eros, and that's Aeolus," the ginger said as he climbed back into his hammock.
Great. Aeolus poured us both a drink and we sat watching the sunset.
~~~~~~~~~~

I sat next to Alas as we listened to music and drank wine. He looked at me as I smiled. He leaned in, like he was going to kiss me.

I didn't want to kiss him, at least not yet. So I didn't the only rational thing I could do. I pushed him, off the boat. Him falling off the boat was an accident.

I shot up from my seat and looked over the edge as Alas. He spits out water as he came to the surface. I reached down and offered him my hand.

When he was back in the deck I slapped him. "Take me back now!" I yelled at him. "I thought you..." he started but stopped. "You can't just try to kiss someone!" I yelled at him.

He went to the wheel as I stood there. I took a seat and waited till we got back to shore. As soon as we were close to the dock I jumped off.

"Aleta" Alastor yelled as he came running towards the edge of his boat.

"Don't fucking call me that!" I yelled at him getting the attention of the people around us. "I'm not her, so don't treat me like I am," I told him.

"I'm sorry, I know what it's like to lose someone you love. But trust me, it hurts when you hold out hope they are coming back. They are gone, and are never coming back" tears started streaming down my face.

"Aleta, just hear me out," Alastor said as he jumped into the dock. "I'm not her, and I will never be her" I whispered. He just stared into my eyes.

I looked away before walking down the docks.

I walked past several boats till I saw a light on one. Aeolus, Eros and... fuck.
