Toothless flew above the clouds and slowed down a bit. I pulled the lever on his saddle so he could fly on his own.

"Are you sure you want to do this?" I turned around and asked Astrid.

"Of course! You'll be there with me, right?" She asked.

"Of course! Me and Toothless will be there." I said.

"Okay. Let's do this." She said, taking in heavy breaths.

"Just follow me!" I told her. I slid off of Toothless' back and grabbed Astrid's hand, pulling her down with me. Toothless closed his wings and followed behind us.

"Okay, on three, you'll pull this strap and open your arms." I said, pointing to the strap on my right leg.

"Okay." Astrid said nodding her head.

"One..."

Astrid put her arms to her side.

"Two..."

She looked at me.

"Three!" I opened my arms after I pulled the strap.

Astrid pulled the strap and opened her arms. She stopped in her place and was gliding across the clouds. Toothless and I were behind her and she looked over her shoulder.

"You got it!" I screamed through the sky.

Toothless smiled in joy and nodded his head.

"Yes!" Astrid screamed.

Then Toothless growled and sped up to me.

"Astrid! Up ahead! Look out!" I screamed. She turned her attention to the large mountain in front of us.

"HICCUP!!" She screamed.

"TOOTHLESS!" I mounted on him, pulled the lever, and flew as fast as we could to Astrid.

"HICCUP!" She screamed once more.

"ASTRID!" Toothless shot a plasma blast in front of her and she shot back, right into Toothless' arms. He wrapped his arms around her and flew upwards, avoiding the mountain by a couple of feet. He spun in the air and flew forward, turning his attention to Astrid.

Her eyes were closed and her flight suit was still open. Toothless turned to me and growled, telling me that she was okay.

We landed on the same mountain as before, and Toothless dropped Astrid gently. I jumped off of him as soon as he landed.

"Astrid!" I shook her slightly and her eyes opened.

"Hi." She moaned softly.

"Oh my gods, I thought I lost you!" I hugged her in joy and she hugged me back.

"We need to work on your solo gliding there, Astrid." I told her.

"Oh shut up." She said, hugging me tighter.
