"And breathe" the instructor says in quiet and soft tone making everyone release a breath.

Currently, Shawn and I were both at a pregnancy class where they were teaching us breathing techniques, how to handle pain and various exercises.

There were at least six other pregnant women with their partners. Some had bigger bumps and some had small bumps.

I was sat in between Shawn's legs with my back pressed against his chest. Shawn really hated these classes and seeing all these people. I loved this class and wanted to attend every week.

"Everyone close your eyes, then take deep breaths in and out" the instructor says making everyone do exactly what she says.

"Keep your mind calm and at bay with happy thoughts. Labour is very terrifying for most but as long as you are calm and your mind is at ease, the baby will be calm too. Stress is never good and durning labour stress levels can be high but remaining calm is important" she explains.

This actually very helpful.

"Sir could you close your eyes too and participate" she says to someone.

Why can't some asshole just participate?

"I'm not the pregnant one so I don't have to close my eyes" I hear Shawn says making me open my eyes to look at him.

"Shawn just close your eyes!" I say elbowing him.

However, Shawn kept arguing with the lady in the middle of the class saying that him closing his eyes wouldn't do anything.

This eventually led to us being kicked out for creating a disturbance in the middle of the class.

"You just had to create a commotion right in the middle of the class" I yelled at him as we walked inside the house.

"I'm sorry I didn't think she would kick us out just for refusing to close my eyes" he exclaims.

"Shawn! You just had to be fucking awkward and not listen. All you had to do was close your eyes that's it. Simple. But no-" I yelled before taking a deep breath.

"I can't deal with this, my mood is ruined. I was having a great morning and enjoying that class but thanks to you we can't go back there" I snapped.

"I'll send Cole with you if they don't let me go back" he says.

"I don't want to go with Cole! I want to go with you but thanks to you our names have been blacklisted and now we can't even go back" I say in frustration.

"I didn't think it would be that much of a big-"

"I'm not doing this Shawn! You were being selfish, you know what go fuck yourself I'm sick of you now" I yelled at him.

"Maybe you should take a nap, I'm sorry" he says.

"Don't tell me what to do" I huffed before taking a deep breath.

"I'm sorry babe-"

"I don't want to see your face for the rest of the day. I swear to God if I see you-"

"I got it! You won't see me at all" he says.

I took a deep breath before turning around and waking up the stairs.

I do need a nap to cool off.

Fucking hell I didn't think it would be this bad.

The hormones are crazy.

"Hope you learned your lesson bitch" Cole laughed with Lance joining in.

"I didn't know she would be that mad" I defended.

"You're so stupid, why couldn't you just close your Goddamn eyes!" Lance exclaims and I shrugged.

"Her hormones are going to get worse in the next few months. Just watch" Cole says and I sighed.

"You have a lot of apologising to do now and in the next few months because you always mess up" Lance laughs.

"Well I'm going to be in my office trying to figure out how to apologise without her seeing me. I'm pretty sure she might kill me tonight if she sees me" I say and they laughed.

"We will keep her happy since you can't do that" Cole says and I rolled my eyes before making my way up to my office.

I took a long and deep breath as I sat down on my chair. I had to find away to cheer her up and apologise for being a selfish asshole.

Why didn't I just close my fucking eyes and breathe?

I really am a stupid bitch sometimes.

I think I did good? I looked at the kitchen counter full of Elle's current favourite food which was pizza, cheeseburgers, fries, chicken nuggets and pickles. and a huge 'I'm sorry' card placed in the middle.

I knew one way to Elle's heart was always food.

I waited as Lance brought her downstairs from the nap she was taking. "I hope you're hungry" he says as I could hear the voices getting louder.

"I'm starving" she says before the door opened and she walked inside. Her jaw immediately dropped and her eyes brightened at the sight of all the food.

Lance closed the door and I made my way around the counter to her.

"I'm not hungry" she says crossing her arms and glaring at me.

"Babe come on, I know you are. I'm sorry for today's pregnancy class drama, I really feel terrible for it. I know I'm a selfish asshole but I'm sorry and I love you" I say with a smile I know which will make her cave in and smile back immediately.

"You're so annoying" she says.

"What? How?" I asked and she let out a laugh.

"Because you make that face every time and say all those cute words which makes me forgive you" she says and and I chuckled.

"Come on stop being angry at me and feed my starving child" I say and she giggled.

I wrapped my arms around her and pressed a kiss to her lips. "I love you and forgive you but if you get me kicked out of anything like that again I swear I will kick you out of this house" she threatens and I laughed.

"Kick me out of my own house?" I exclaimed and she nodded with a proud smirk.

"Don't test me" she says and I shook my head.

"I would never, you are the ruler and the boss of this house" I say and she grinned.

"Good let's keep it that way" she says and I placed another kiss on her lips.

"Can we eat the fucking food? We're hungry!" We hear Lance voice from outside the door as he banged on the kitchen door.

"Yes come in" I say and both Cole and Lance bolted in through the door with a barking Coco following behind.

Elle didn't hesitate as she joined them and started eating to her content. I couldn't help but grin at the sight of her enjoying her food happily.

As long as food was around Elle would always be happy.

I sat beside her and kissed her cheek as she stuffed her face with fries. "I think I could eat food for the entire city" she says and I laughed.

The next few months are going to be a crazy and very hormonal journey...
