We Found Her!-Sort Of

Starlight pulled the door open all the way to find-

"Cadence?" Starlight asked, for they had seen her sitting in a cave, knees pulled up to her chest. 

Cadence looked up and stood. her hair was messy and her eyes were red.

"Oh, thank goodness, you found me!" she said, but Spitfire drew her wand and charged at Cadence

"Impedimen-" She began to shout, but

"No!" Cadence shrieked, holding up her hands to shield herself "Spitfire it's me, Cadence!" she cried

"Oh I know exactly who you are, you brat! You sent me flying into a wall, I could have been hurt!" Spitfire yelled, pointing her wand directly at Cadence

"What? No! The Cadence who did that to you was an impostor! She trapped me in here a week ago, and took my place." Cadence said

"How do we know you're telling the truth?" Rainbow asked

"She is, I can tell." Applejack said

"Good enough for me. So, where's Twilight?" Pinkie asked

"She's not with you?" Cadence asked

"No, she got suspicious of the fake you and Shining yelled at her and then she ran off and we haven't seen her since yesterday." Pinkie replied

"Oh no!" Cadence ran to them, then tripped. There was an ankle cuff around her leg.

"I know who the impostor is, and she has Shining under a spell, but I haven't seen Twilight." Cadence said, as Daring strode forward.

"Ow!" Rarity cried as Daring pulled a hairpin out of Rarity's hair

Daring bent down and began working the hairpin around in the lock. "I would use Alahamora but it only works on doors and windows, this is faster." Daring explained, tossing the hairpin back to Rarity and taking the ankle cuff off Cadence's leg.

"The impostor must have done something to Twilight. I think that she might have been put somewhere else." Cadence explained as they left the strange room, Fluttershy closing the door behind her, and gasping as it melted into the wall

"What happened to the door?" Fleetfoot asked, Fluttershy shaking her head in confusion

"It's called the Room of Requirement, it can transform into many different things, but very few people know about it." Professor Potter said, coming up behind them 

"Cool, we can use this as a secret clubhouse!" Pinkie cried

"Ooh, yes! with cushy velvet seating, plenty of lounge couches, and some shelving." Rarity said

"Chrysalis transformed it into a prison cell, you have to help us trap her Professor Potter!" Cadence cried

"Chrysalis? The Changeling? She's escaped?! I must recapture her, come with me." he said, leading them away, the kids following in confusion

Okay, so next they'll find Twi and Chrysalis will be captured, then I'll do the Discord chapter.
