Defeating Chrysalis

Professor Potter led them to a mirror on the fourth floor

"This one is the blocked one, perhaps Twilight is in the walls behind it." Professor Potter said, as Headmistress Celestia walked up 

"Harry, the Professors are all gathering, i've called a meeting." Headmistress Celestia said

"Alright, I'm coming." Professor Potter said, whispering "you'll have to do this yourself, this could be important." He said to them, and they nodded, waiting for the Professors to leave before they tried to break open the blocked entrance

"Reducto!" Cadence yelled, and it blasted open "There, now let's go in." she walked in, keeping to the edges of the wall, where the ledge was. the others followed, when they finally came across Twilight, who was on a big platform with a chain around her neck

"Twilight!" Applejack cried, and Twilight looked up, then scrambled across, holding out a hand to stop them

"Wait, no! Don't get too close, or she'll-" Twilight was cut off as the Changeling stepped forward

"Not another step." She held out her hand and a wall of green light blocked them

"Give us back our friend!" Rainbow yelled

"Not until I've drained every ounce of love from her puny little body." Chrysalis replied, lifting Twilight's chin and smirking. "And next, I'll do the same to you." Chrysalis added, sweeping towards them and bending down

"You have a lot of love little one, and you too." Chrysalis said to Rainbow and Soarin, who snarled at her "And I think you mean friends." she added, as Shining Armor walked out to Twilight

"Shining! Let him go!" Cadence said, banging her hands on the green wall

"I'm afraid he's under my total control, and it won't be long until his love is gone completely."  Chrysalis said smoothly, striding back to the two siblings.

"What do we do?" Starlight whispered, as they gathered in a circle

"We distract Chrysalis, I'll take the right, Rainbow, take the left, Fleetfoot, stay here and as one, we break the wall. Once it breaks, we go with Soarin, Smoke, and Dark and attack the bug, then you free Twilight and Shining." Spitfire replied, she and Rainbow moving in different directions before anyone could argue. They all prepared to attack, as the three girls smashed at the barrier as one, they did this until cracks began to form. They hit it one last time, and it fell apart

"Charge!" Rainbow yelled, and they ran forwards, tackling Chrysalis while Cadence ran to Twilight, Applejack reaching her first and snapping the chain in two. Cadence threw her arms around Shining Armor's neck, crying into his shoulder. She was holding her wand loosely in her hand, and they all watched as a tiny blue heart emerged from the tip, expanding and beating in front of Shining Armor, who blinked and rubbed his eyes, looking around

"What's happening?" He asked

"No!" Chrysalis yelled, and Twilight ran to them

"You have to get rid of her!" She exclaimed, and Shining Armor held up his wand, but stumbled

"I-I don't have enough strength." He mumbled

"We'll do it as one Shining." Cadence replied, lifting his arm and holding out her own wand. Shining Armor straightened up and said with Cadence

"Agaipaiaio!" a blast of blue and magenta light soared at Chrysalis, knocking her backwards and sending her flying. She disappeared in a burst of light, and Shining Armor pulled Cadence in, kissing her. 

They went back and found Professor Potter in his study

"Professor, we did it, you don't have to worry about Chrysalis anymore." Starlight said, handing back the Marauders Map

"Is something wrong Professor?" Fluttershy asked softly

"No, it's nothing. Well, I suppose you'd have to find out anyway. Headmistress Celestia is employing a secondary Potions Teacher." Professor Potter explained

"And that's bad?" Smoke asked

"No, it's not bad in itself. Who it is is bad. It's Draco Malfoy, he was my biggest rival when we were in school. I was a Gryffindor, he was a Slytherin, we were determined to hate each other." Professor Potter sighed, standing "On top of that Gin-Professor Weasley and I are, well, we're having a bit of trouble." He said

"Trouble is normal in romantic relationships Professor." Cadence said knowingly

"I know it is Miss Cadenza, but Professor Weasley and I are just starting to wonder if we're not perfect for each other. Things changed after the Battle of Hogwarts, and we've changed. I must have a true love somewhere, but it's not Professor Weasley. We were just discussing what we would become if we broke up. Staying friends would be alright, I think. Besides, she's already feeling attractions towards another, I can't keep her from that." Professor Potter then shooed the students out the door, shutting it.

"I hope nothing gets too chaotic, we need Professor Potter to help us, and with this trouble, he may not want to deal with much else." Twilight commented 

"Nothing too chaotic indeed." someone whispered from the shadows, though none of the group of friends heard it, each one felt an ominous chill go down their spines

Yes, this might include Drarry, oh, and a match for Ginny, but not telling who (though you can probably guess). Don't worry, the mane 6 and their friends are still the main characters, i just read a few Drarry fanfics and now ship them instead of Harry x Ginny
