Falice & Fredmione - A web of lies

Marie walked into the Whyte Whyrm, looking for her ex –girlfriend. Most of the time she wasin the same office so it wouldn't take much time to find her this time. With confidence she opened the doors of the office upstairs where she found the blonde girl sitting at her desk going through some files.

'What ya got?'' Penny said without looking up from her work. It kind of hurt Marie that she hadn't even paid any attention to her the last few months. Penny was more to her than just a friend, or an ex for that matter but sometimes it didn't seem like that the other way around.

''Found his weak spot.'' Marie stated while folding her arms together when she took a seat on her desk to make Penny stop working for a second. There formed a satisfied smile. She putted away the gum she had been chewing on for too long and turned her chair towards Marie.

''Tell me. What is it?'' Penny curiously looked at the girl who looked dangerously hot tonight. She could almost undress her with only her eyes and Marie knew it. She loved the way Penny was looking at her right now.

''I need a little convincing before I tell you.'' Marie answered with a devilish smile. Penny knew this was an invitation for something they have done a lot before, and if she really had the information Penny needed than she deserved it more than anything. She got up and placed her hands on Marie's waist and slowly leant in to kiss her passionately. Marie had the biggest smile on her face after pulling back from their steamy kiss.

''We can finish this tonight if you tell me what you know.'' Penny said while she stroke her index fingers over Marie's chin, staying close to her. Marie knew she was going to get what she wanted to she was willing to tell Penny what she wanted to hear. She had just met that guy, and she actually didn't really care about her business with FP.

''That's a deal.'' Marie grinned and gave her a kiss again. They had been hooking up a lot even after they broke-up and it was something they'd both enjoyed. At least they weren't fighting anymore so it was a win for the both of them.

''Her name is Alice. She's his weak spot.'' Marie revealed. Penny frowned. A few seconds later she shook her head in disbelief. ''FP Jones in love with Alice Smith? I thought they just hooked up a lot. Penny didn't really care about the relationships between Serpents because they all slept a lot together and most relationships weren't even official.

''She left the Serpents some time ago. Thought he would hate her for that.'' Marie lifted her shoulders up and down. She didn't even know that Alice girl, and she actually didn't care that much either. ''All I know is that he pulled back when I kissed him because of her. It was kind of obvious.'' She said, sharing what happened that night.

Penny thought for a few seconds and then slowly nodded her head. ''That's perfect. I have all I need to know now.''

Alice had been thinking a lot about what Hal said to her a few nights ago. He had a feeling that she was with him for other reasons than being in love so to take off his mind of that thought she had slept with him again, taking the initiative this time. Thinking of his hands on her body still made her feel sick, but she needed Hal if she wanted to escape her real roots, even if that meant having to hold up this act for the rest of her life.

She was standing by her locker when she felt arms snaking around her waist and someone pressing a kiss on her cheek. By the way her body tensed she knew it was Hal. Alice turned around and tried to give her one of her most convincing smiles.

''Hey babe.'' She winched by the little nickname but she couldn't show him that. He kissed her and had the most happy smile on his face. He even looked a little shy and hopelessly in love. ''Last night was amazing.'' He whispered in her ear. She felt uncomfortable so close to him.

She just smiled back because she knew that whatever she was going to say was either not what he wanted to hear or something not so convincing. He didn't even seem to notice that she didn't feel good about it. Luckily for her Hermione, FP and Fred were now coming her way and all took the books she needed for the first two periods.

''By the way, some friends of mine are throwing a party this Friday. You coming? Hermione and Fred can come too if they want.'' He looked at the three standing next to them. Both Hermione and Fred shared a look but FP didn't even seem to care. He didn't even want to come to one of Hal's party and he wouldn't have invited him if he threw one so the feeling was absolutely mutal.

''I'll think about it.'' Alice answered. He just nodded and kissed her on the cheek before leaving to his classroom. Hermione slammed her locker and looked with a glare at Hal who was almost out of sight. ''What an ass.'' She immediately regretted her words because she knew she couldn't say that about Alice's boyfriend and she wasn't the type to say that about someone. FP chuckled because of her comment.

''Not sure I'm going.'' Alice scoffed and shook her head. ''If he doesn't want to invite all of my friend than I probably shouldn't.'' FP knew she was talking about him and he appreciated the way she thought of him as a friend. ''You should. It doesn't matter, Alice. I wouldn't have gone even if he asked me.'' Alice laughed a little, which formed a smile on his face too.

FP wanted to walk to his class when he saw a familiar face walking in the halls. '''Topaz!'' He yelled. The girl with the brown hair looked up and locked her eyes with the guy she had just met a few days ago. She was happy to see him with that smile on his face. Even though she hadn't really asked about it, she had seen something broken in him what seemed to be more on the background now.

''Jones.'' She said and walked over to him with a smile on her face. The other three just looked at them not knowing where he'd know the girl from. ''Guys, this is Marie Topaz.'' The girl shook the hand of the friend that stood next to him.

When Alice introduced herself she made a mental node that that was the girl FP was head over heels for. She actually seemed like a sweet girl and based on her looks Marie understood why FP liked her so much.

Hermione seemed like a sweet innocent girl who was a little bit overwhelmed by her, so she gave her a sweet smile to make her more comfortable. Marie thought she had absolutely beautiful eyes. The guy she was introduced to was probably one of his North Side friends. She wasn't a big fan of the North Side but he genuinely looked kind.

''So nice to meet you all.'' She said polite. They seemed to be glad to have met her too. Alice felt like someone had just made her swallow a brick because of the way FP had just looked at Marie, but she knew she was the last one that had the right to be jealous and if there was a spark between them then she genuinely wanted for him to try it. He should have his happy ending too.
