The Alpha Feud

"Where were you tonight?" Parker asked sounding angry when I picked up the phone.

I forgot. He had a game tonight. Shit.

"Something came up with my family," I told him and he scoffed. "Whatever Spencer," He said before hanging up. I pulled my phone away from my ear and looked down at it. He's in one of his moods again. He will be over it in a day or two.

My wolf was going crazy in the back of my head. She was restless. "Go find him," my mate told me but I shut her down. I pushed her out and got ready for bed.

When I woke up in the morning I felt rested. I let my wolf back and tried to ignore her nagging. I straightened my hair and put on a pink plaid set. A pair of pink plaid pants and a plaid crop top. I put on a pair of white Nike sneakers. After a few minutes of makeup, I was ready.

After a light sprits of perfume, I headed downstairs. I grabbed an apple then yelled for Bee to hurry up. "If you see anyone weird at school, link me right away. But do not let them know who you are" my dad said before me handed me a masking mist. "Okay dad," I said before hugging him.

"Bee I'm going to leave!" I yelled as I grabbed my keys. "Shut it, Spencer!" She yelled as she walked into the kitchen. "You can walk to school!" Her eyes went wide and I laughed.

"Go to the car," I told her and she looks off running: "be good girls!" My dad yelled after us.

When I got to school I headed to my locker but Parker wasn't there. I looked around and saw him with his friends. I plugged in my headphones and put on some music.

"Spencer," my wolf told me. I tried to push her back but the smell of blood hit my nose. I looked around and saw Parker and his friends beating on a younger kid. "Stop it" Bee yelled as she tried to get them away from him.

"Put him down!" I yelled. Everyone looked at me, even the people that we're ignoring it. "What babe?" Parker asked as he tilted his head at me. "I said put down my little sister's friend before I kick you where the sun doesn't shine!" Bee smiled as the guys all looked shocked.

They did as I said so I headed back to my locker. Bee and her friend headed over to me. "Are you really her sister?" Her friend asked as he looked at me, scared.

"Tell me if it happens again, I'll start breaking faces," I told her as I hugged my little sister. I gave her a squeeze as the bell rang. "Go to class," I told her as I let her go.

I headed to English class to see Parker waiting there. "Why are you acting so weird lately?" He asked as he looked at me like I was the school cafeterias food or an alien. "What are you talking about?" I asked him and he shook his head before leaving. Great.

I walked into class and there was my armpit of a brother. People looked at me as I walked in. I walked over to my seat and waited for class to begin. I glanced back at Justin and his wolf friends. One of them winked when he saw me looking.

My brother was the son of our alpha, it's not surprising he has friends. He's going to be our brothers Beta. He might be older but we are twins. We act like we are enemies and can't stand each other. That's just because we are almost the same on the inside. He's the male version of me. It's quite scary.

"Phones away" the teacher yelled as he walked into class.

I stood in the hallway with a few of my friends around me. All popular girl, rich daddies, and boyfriends on the football team. "Oh Spence, you should totally come to my house Friday, we are having a sleepover" one of the girls squealed, Erica I think her name is.

"I'll think about it," I said I I grabbed my things for the next period. It was my free block, and I usually spend it with Parker out on the bleachers but It didn't look like he wanted my company.

The scent of male wolves hit me, but with it, the scent of pine and fresh rain. I glanced to my side to see a group of guys heading into the administration's office. The alpha of greenwood with them. My mate.

"Dad" I linked as I started walking towards the library. Several girls following me like they were baby ducks. "There are several wolves here, including the alpha of greenwood" there was silence before I got back, "find your brother, I will deal with it".

I walked into the library and looked around for Justin. It was basically empty in here. My ducklings scrambled when they saw where I was heading. They wouldn't be caught dead in here.

"Justin" I whisper yelled. Several seconds later he popped out from behind a bookshelf. With our little cousin Brooks. Brooks had a black eye, a bloody nose, and a swollen lip. He looked like he was holding his arm, it was possibly dislocated or broken.

"Who the hell did this to you?" I growled.  "Parker and the football guys" Brooks answered as Justin tried to stop me. I grabbed his good arm and dragged him to the office. When I walked in I noticed the group of wolves in the waiting area filling out paperwork.

"Cousin Stop" Brooks said as he looked around the office. "Miss, how can we help you?" The woman at the desk asked. The group of greenwood guys looked at me. I heard whispers from them. The Alpha found out I was his mate.

"Parker and his hooligans this school call the football team Beat up my little cousin," I told her as I showed her Brooks. "Would you like to fill out a complaint sheet?" The desk lady asked me and I laughed as she put the sheet in front of me.

"The sheet isn't going to do shit!" I said raising my voice. The room was silent. "If you don't start actually doing something I will" I added as I crossed my arms.

"What are you implying?" The lady asked as she raised her eyebrows. "I'm saying don't be surprised if something actually gets done"

"I would like to speak to the principal," I told her as she crossed her arm. "Go sit and wait, I will tell him you are here to see him," she told me. I led Brooks over to the waiting area and sat across from the group of greenwood wolves.

I watched the lady at the desk as she sat there doing nothing. I rolled my eyes before taking a deep breath. "Thank you," Brooks told me, "its no problem buddy," I said with a smile.

We sat there a while till the principle walked out and looked at me. "You two in my office, now," he said as he looked at me and Brooks.

He looked pissed.
