The Alpha Feud

It wasn't hard to find the medical bay, and thankfully it was abandoned.

Justin got to work on getting the bullet out. Alonzo held onto my hand and kept a cloth in my mouth to muffle my cries.

"Come our with your hands up!" I heard the guards yell. Andy. It was from Andy.

"Help! We need help!" Justin yelled as he stopped trying to fish out the bullet.

"She's breeding out, I can't fix it," Justin said as Andy and several other Greenwood guards walked in with guns up.

"She's our Luna, guns down," Andy said as he rushed over to me.

"Spencer it's okay," Alonzo told me as I sat there in agonizing pain. Tears were streaming down my face as I whimpered.

"They took over the base, Alpha Carter and Alpha John are going after Malcolm," someone told my brothers but they didn't care.

"It's in there pretty far, I think it might have punctured some vital things," Andy said worriedly.

"Fix her, please" Justin begged.

Andy and another Greenwood soldier got to work with my brothers.

I watched as my vision blurred. "We're losing her!" Someone yelled. The voices began to blur together as the world faded into darkness. Soon there was just white. I watched as memories, small clippings of my life went by.

Till there was nothing left.

I opened my eyes to see the scene play out before me. Carter, Malcolm, and my father fought in what seemed to be a forest. The trees by a small lake. A small meadow of Flowers just beyond it, just out of reach of the forest from there you could see the sun slowly approaching, not quite here but a bit of light.

The small bit of light shined through the branches.

He hurt them all so much. Malcolm was the reason Carter and I wasn't allowed to be together. Why we could never be together now.

Watching my father and Carter work together brought a small smile to my face.

"Please, before I go" I whispered to anyone who would listen. I focused my anger and pain, all the suffering we had all gone through and threw it at Malcolm as he dodged my father's reach.

"Karma" I whispered as it hit him.

He screamed in pain as he collapsed on the forest floor. My father and mate feet away from them watched in disbelief.

"What the hell is happening?" My father questioned as Carter and him shifted into their human forms.

Malcolm was forced out of his wolf as he clawed at the ground.  "Goddess please forgive me!" Malcolm screamed out as he faced the meadow.

As he faced me.

I looked around and saw I wasn't alone in the meadow. Girls who looked about my age watched with me. All in simple white silk gowns like the one I wore.

I watched as men came running towards my father and Mate. My brothers with tears in their eyes and blood in Their hands.

"Spencer's dead," Andy told them. I watched as my mate's heart broke and he fell to the floor, the bond breaking.

"May those you harmed be at peace and find freedom," a young woman with long white hair said as she stepped forward into the lake.

Everyone looked to the group of ladies. They saw them too. Malcolm began to scream louder as he started fading slowly.

"May your sins haunt you," another girl with long brown hair said as the other girls began to chant and enter the water. They disappeared into the water as we all watched.

I watched as all the girls left till In was just me and threw others. Two grabbed my arms as pulled me towards the water. "Spencer!" My mate cried out with such emotion I didn't think was possible from him.

"No, please no," I said as the third girl pushed us forward. "I'm not ready," I told the ladies. "Into the water, you go," said the two girls as they dragged me in. I looked at Carter who was being held back by his men out of fear of the water. The water that had taken the beautiful women before their eyes.

"I love you" I shouted to Carter before they submerged me. I felt their hands let go as I drifted down, father and farther till there was no light. Till I was just floating.

Just darkness.

Why does this keep happening to me?
