It was very fun the way home. Andrew and I were rocking out to music. We also would talk about random things again.
"Yeah, I remember one time, my family went up to the mountains. And the first day we went up there to ski, we went up the hill, and I just plummeted down." he says.
I laugh hysterically, and he does the same.
"That happened to me once. Well no skiing, surfing." I say, still laughing.
He laughs again, imagining the sight.
"I can not see you surfing." he says.
"Me neither." I say.
I pull into my driveway, not even thinking about my dad. Just thinking I had a normal life.
"Want to come in?" I ask.
"Sure." he says, smiling.
I park the car in the garage and unlock the garage door. When we step in, my father is no where to be found.
I sigh a breath of relief. Now realizing that I had totally forgotten about him. I had no idea where he went. Or was even sober enough to go anywhere.
Even though I wasn't home a lot, and my dad did nothing, the house stayed pretty clean. So I didn't have to worry about that.
"Nice house." Andrew says.
"Thanks."
"No problem."
We both smile as I make my way to the staircase.
"Ladies first." he says, motioning up the steps.
I blush as I slowly make my way up the steps.
We get up to the top and walk down the hall into my room.
"Nice." he says, studying my room.
The walls are a really light lavender. Really pretty. My bed was a white with lots of different color polka dots, I had a chest of drawers, my desk, and a nightstand. My closet was next to the door.
"Thanks. The blanket is a little young for me, but I deal." I say.
It didn't matter really, no one ever came in here except my father.
I sit on my bed and he sits next to me.
I look at him, and he looks at me. We look into each others eyes for a minute.
Its silent for a moment, then he slowly leans in a bit. He gets closer, and closer, and closer. Until our foreheads touch. He looks right into my eyes. And connects his soft lips to mine.
The kiss was magical.
It was nothing but a quick peck, but it was the best kiss I've ever had. Even it was the only kiss I've ever had.
I look at him, smiling.
"You'll never believe me, but that was my first kiss." I say, still smiling.
"Mine too." he says.
He leans in again, our lips just about to touch once more.
When he comes in.
"WHAT THE-?!" my dad screams.
"DAD!" I scream, horrified.
I quickly scramble away from Andrew, as he stares wide eyed at my father.
"I-I'm so sorry sir. I-" he says.
"GET OUT!" my dad screams.
Andrew jumps off my bed and runs past my dad.
