Back Again!

After yesterday's...incident. I decided to make the right choice and walk to school instead of letting three overprotective brothers drive me. It was hard enough to get them off my back even though dad said it was okay, but after running about a block and hiding behind a tree they appeared to go their separate way.

Lost in thought I almost missed the vaguely familiar flash of silver that blurred past me, "Hey, you!" The guy on the skateboard didn't slow down resulting in me having to pick up my speed, "Hey! Skateboard guy! Wait up!" Eventually losing my patience I picked up a nearby rock and threw it at his back, which finally made him turn around, "Finally!" I huffed walking up beside the confused skateboarder who slid his headphones off, "You were the guy who bumped into me and Koki the other day!"

.

.

.

"Huh?" He responded with a blank face, scanning my form.

I sighed, "This is hopeless...Just watch where you're going next time," About to carry on, I was already imagining myself telling this very story to Koki when I reached school but I stopped upon hearing what the guy said next.

"That's a shame because I'm very hopeful. Good thing you told me, I would've never known that you fell for me~" He cooed skating right next to my form.

"...What?"

"I  know, most girls are usually speechless when they've been caught," He rode a little bit in front of me, "I'd love to get to know you more, but unfortunately I will have to leave you here chasing after me once more,"

"Okay, that's enough!" I patted his shoulder, this time walking in front of him, "First off, we're headed in the same direction so that's why I was after you. Second, I wasn't even after you! Yesterday, you crashed into my friend and keep going! Who does that?"

"Aww! I never had a tsundere before~," He hummed.

"A what--! Actually, nevermind!" I shook my head walking forwards once again, "I can't be late for school,"

"And may I ask what school you're attending? If you'd like, I can make sure you get there just fine," He 'kindly' suggested.

"No, you may not. I can walk there fine by myself, thanks," Even if the thanks was heavily laced with sarcasm this guy didn't seem to give up.

"I've never had someone reject my generous offers. You must really be playing hard-to-get, but you don't have to worry," He took a step off his skateboard getting a bit too close to my face, "I love a challenge~"

"Never say never," I shrugged him off continuing the journey to school, "And I love when people take the hint,"

"So, Tsun-chan~, what's your name? If I don't have a name to a pretty face then I'll just keep calling you Tsun-chan! But you wouldn't like that right, Tsun-chan~?"  This guy just doesn't know when to stop.

"Call me whatever you want. I don't feel comfortable with giving you my name, especially when we're never going to meet again," Finally the school started to appear in the horizon meaning this, um, weird interaction will soon come to an end.

"Never say never, Tsun-chan," He used my own words against me. Damn.

"Don't you have to go your way now? My school's in the distance, you should get to your's,"

"Aw, isn't karma just great?" He smirked, "Looks like we go to the same school, Tsun-chan!"

"W-What? No way, but you're not even wearing the uniform,"

"But it is true. Sorry to upset you now, Tsun-chan. Though I can promise, you won't be disappointed later!" Once we got to the gates of the school I turned fully to see him rolling up to my side still facing forward, "Tadashi,"

"Let me guess, that's your name," I deadpanned from how cliche this moment could've been.

"It's also the name of your future crush," He glanced over his shoulder with a look of determination and a simple wink, "See ya around, Tsun-chan! Hope you won't be distressed that long without me here~"

"Yeah, yeah. How long did it take you to come up with that one?" I asked, unfortunately entering the school grounds with him.

"Just now actually. When you have a perfect image to work off of, things like that come naturally," He then drifted to the side on his skateboard with a short wave. And like that he was gliding away on the campus. For some reason, I couldn't seem to look away. It was only then, that I noticed the pale purple tips at the end of his silver locks. Interesting.

The school bell finally broke me out of my small trance signaling I only had 5 minutes left to get to my homeroom.

OH SHOOT! I'M LATE TO MEET KOKI!... And man do I have a story to tell him while he's steaming out irritation. Maybe I should've let my brothers' drive me. Nah, that would've been less exciting.

Welp, here we go. Back again!

Sorry, the chapter is short, but I have good news to go with it! I finally have some sort of an updating schedule!

Every Wednesday I will attempt to post a chapter of this story! If it doesn't come out on a Wednesday it will most likely be a day or two late and I'm sorry if that happens! Also, thank you for all the love the story has gotten, it brightens my day! ❤

Thank you to @Megami-Sama_1_ for the suggestion of the flirtatious skater boy!
