Chapter 34

"No,no!" Alec ran over to the body that was lying dead on the floor.

"Please,please get up I love you please, I love you"

"Magnus?" Tessa started. Magnus was covered in blood head to toe a big slit was at his throat where Sebastion had killed him.

"Now will you come with, me Clarissa you've seen what I can do and I'll do it to everyone here while your watching. She looked over at her mother who was on her knees sobbing wiping the blood that had fallen down her neck away.

"I'll come with you" Clary had her head down ashamed, Jace looked up at her.

"What? No you can't I won't allow it."

"Jace I've been condemned. Magnus is dead because of me, and last time you went with him he slept with you." Clary fell quiet for a moment.

"I love you Jace and I appreciate you trying to help me, but if I don't go with him he will kill everybody here." Jace laughed a soft irratated laugh.

"You do realise that was his last threat to get you to go with him." He pointed out.

"Yeah I do but he didn't just kill Magnus in front of eyes last time did he?, look I'm going weather you like it or not." With out furthur discussion Clary walked over to Sebastion.

"I love you Jace" Clary and Sebastion were gone.

Jace went back to the others to help move Magnus.

"Simon went to go get the silent brothers, see what the problem with Mayrse was" Alec wasn't coping.  He sat there the whole clutching his hand and kissing his forehead. That was until we drew the sheet over. He scrambled and kicked didn't want to let him go. He didn't want him to be alone. Alec couldn't stop crying the tears were like waterfalls down his cheek. Simon walked back in.

"They don't know what it is but it's spreading fast they don't think she'll make the night."

"What do we do now?" Simon asked.

"We have to go get Clary and bring her back!" Jace yelled.

"I'm sorry Jace that's just not possible" Tessa stated.

"Why?" He demanded.

"She's been condemned to hell. There's no going back from that unless she dies." She said. She looked at the ground playing with her feet.

"But there has to be a way right!" Jace said getting angry. He felt himself burn and he kept burning and didn't stop burning. He screamed at the intensity of the heat. As he fell back down again, Clary was all he could think of.

"Get brother Zachariah!" It was Tessa.

" Jace, Jace listen to me Jace!" Her voice was fading out and he was gone.

It wasn't the same apartment that Clary landed in before. It was like a palace but dark and full of death. Sebastion lead her through hallways and corridors. There were only a few rooms in the so called palace which Clary found a bit odd. Clary and Sebastion walked into a completly open room except for the fact that there were two chairs and stairs that lead up tk them. Lilith was on the ground standing on the first step as she smiled her poisonous smile.

"Hello Sebastion, Clary" she said.

"Ah Lilith so good to see you again." Sebastion walked up to her and hugged her. Clary stood there awkwardly for a moment before theu broke off.

"What are the chairs for" she demanded.

"There for us dear sister.  We are going to rule this palace." Sebastion explained.

"Hows, there's nobody here" she said as a matter of factly.

"Actually there a loads of peoplr here" he gave a glance to lilith who snapped her fingers. All these people swarmed in a formed perfect vertical lines filling the room.

"Our mother, Lilith is the general for our army" sebastion explained.

"Our mother?" Clary said. "She's not mine she's a monster" Clary spat at her. 

"I would watch your tongue Clarissa she is not to be disrespected." Clary laughed subtly. 

"Like how you so easily disrespect your real mother. Your birth mother."

"That's different left me there she left me there with valentine!"

"How is that any different to her puting a bonding ruin on Jace? You're both monsters" Clary was heading out of the room but and arm caught her wrist.

"You aren't leaving" Sebastion said sternly.

"Yes I am" Clary shot back.

"Fine" he said holding his hands up in defence. "But expect that there will be punishment later" Ckary stopped moving and looked at Sebation. He smiled.

"Right together all we have to do is climb up thos steps to sit at our throne." He said pointing at the two chairs. Clary shook her head violently.

"But there is a way that is needed to seal it" Sebastion started. "You need to kill someone who you love the most." He said.

  "No Sebastion No!"

"Fine but you know what's coming later and not only that. I will drag everyone here and kill them anyway." He threatend. Clary stood for a moment.

"Fine" she said. "I'll do it"
