~ Silver ~
It was now Saturday and today Ginny and I would be helping Ron and Harry learn to dance for the yule ball.
During the week professor Mcgonagal had gathered everyone from Gryfindore and informed us about the yule ball. Unfortunately for Ron she had singled him out and made him dance with her in front of the whole house while most watched and laughed.
"Ron! Harry! Get down here so we can start!" I yelled at them from the common room.
"Coming" they replied in unison as they trudged down the stairs.
Once they were there we all sat down on the couches to see how we would start.
"Okay I think that Harry you should go with Ginny and Ron you'll come with me because if I pair you two together one of you will be dead in 20 minutes flat." Everyone nodded in agreement so Ginny and I stood up gesturing them to do the same.
"Okay Ron stand one foot in front of me. Good. Now take my left hand in your right. Then place your left hand on my waist." I slowly explained to him as he followed my instructions carefully.
"Like this?" He asked when he finally got it.
"Yeah that's perfect Ronald." I exclaimed proudly as he swelled his chest in pride.
I looked over at Harry and Ginny who were at the same stage as us but she was blushing light pink and Harry looked overly confused, looking at his feet.
"Now Ron the rhythm to this goes 'one, two, three, one, two, three' okay?" I asked and he nodded.
I turned on the music with a flick of my wand and returned back to Ron.
This time he knew what to do straight away and had no trouble with where to stand.
"I'll lead the first one since you've never ballroom danced before then when you get the hang of it you can lead. Okay?"
"Yes" He replied unsurely.
As the music started to play I moved around taking him with me as we both laughed at how many times he missed a step.
We continued to dance around the room laughing and falling until he was able to stand straight the whole time about 40 minutes later.
"How's it going Ginny?" I asked as I turned around to see them dancing perfectly together with their eyes locked on eachother.
They were both snapped into reality when I called Ginny's name so turned to me in immediately.
"How about we go get lunch in the great Hall?" Harry asked and the rest of us eagerly nodded.
When we were down in the great Hall we noticed that Fred and George were sitting with Lee so we went to join them.
"Hey you" I said as I sat next to George looking at Fred.
"Hey you to you too" they replied in unison.
"And where has our miss Malfoy been this morning, she didn't join in on our pranks on Filch, he's in a right state" Fred exclaimed flirtatiously.
"Ginny and I were teaching the boys to dance" I exclaimed as I pulled a bowl of soup towards me.
"That sounds like fun, could we join you? Maybe Ginny could take me and you take Fred?" George exclaimed as he nudged Fred under the table.
"Sure we could take a break from the boys for you guys." Ginny said without thinking.
"Brilliant" George smirked making Ginny laugh.
