~ Silver ~
Harry and Ron have finally made up!
Ron finally realised that he was being stupid for thinking that Harry had volunteered for all of that danger and they were quickly back to how things were supposed to be.
The yule ball was tomorrow and I had recieved a letter from Molly last month saying that since the ball is on Christmas she would just send our gifts to Hogwarts and that she'd see us at kings cross at the end of the year.
It was Christmas eve today and I was going present/ ball dress shopping with moine and Ginny in Hogsmeade.
I kissed Fred goodbye on our way down the stairs telling him I'd see him tomorrow since Ginny moine and I planned on having lunch and dinner in the three broomsticks together.
"Are you ready to go?" Gin asked me as I approached them at the entrance.
"Yes" I beamed as we walked out, all arms linked.
Once in Hogsmeade we all went to the dress shop on the main street right next to Honeydukes.
We walked in to see racks upon racks of beautiful ball gowns perfect for any girl.
Hermoine picked a baby blue dress and fell in love with it.
Ginny picked a pink, green and white floral dress and immediately gushed over it.
That left me trying to find something.
I was beginning to lose hope when I found a Gryfindore red dress with a skirt that wasn't flat but not so flowy you couldn't get within a meter of someone. It had a sweetheart neckline and lace sleeves with gold accents on them.
I ran to the changing rooms and tried it on then walked out to see Ginny and Hermoine's jaws on the floor.
"Silver you look stunning!" They cried.
"Really?" I asked nervously.
"Yes" they both exclaimed as we all went to pay for our dresses.
We had each brought a bag with an undetected extension charm on it so the boys wouldn't be able to see our dresses and shoes or their Christmas presents.
Next we had lunch in the three broomsticks before roaming around Hogsmeade together buying everyone's presents, then half an hour alone to get presents for eachother.
When we met up with eachother we went into the local shoe shop and chose out a pair of heels each.
Hermoine chose blue ones to go with her dress.
Ginny had chosen pink ones to bring out the pink in her dress.
I chose deep Gryfindore red ones to match my dress and then we found the cutest new jewelry store and decided to treat ourselves to a new necklace each courtesy of me.
I bought Hermoine a gold necklace with a charm in the shape of an open book on it
I got Ginny a gold necklace with a charm in the shape of a Quiddich broom on it.
And for myself I found a golden necklace with a phoenix on it to match my patronus.
The girls sent me many many thankyous for the beautiful necklaces as we went into the three broomsticks once more to get ourselves dinner and a butterbeer.
We made our way back to Hogwarts, bags in hand and walked sleepily to the Gryfindore tower.
When we were in the common room I whistled for my owl and sent her to the Weasleys with the presents that we had gotten.
