He was made from animal DNA and plant cells with a DNA of someone with a psychic quirk and BAM this little cute was born
he can multiple his own body because he is part plant and as his quirk an change his appearance, give or take plant parts just like Izumi but he is more psychic then anything
He will be in the story fighting long side Izumi and will develop his quirk along side her and is officially a part of 1A class
