December 25
Izumi was wearing one of the Santa dresses that Yaoyorozu made but with out the hat and with Poinsettia all around her. Everyone was sitting around in the common area talking about the know mandatory internship by Public Safety Commission. Izumi was taking a sip of hot chocolate when Iida asked what she was doing especially after Nighteye. "Well Centipeder took over and they are swamped that they can't even take Togata-senpai." Izumi said rubbing the rim of her mug.
Then Uraraka then asked about Madam Rose and if Todoroki, Bakugo and Izumi would be going to her. Izumi shook her head no before explaining. "She's going be gone all next month." Izumi said remembering when she went to visit Madam Rose yesterday.
Madam Rose looked up to see Izumi walking into her office escorted by Honey Heart. "Thank you Honey." Madam said as her trusted sidekick leaves. "You wanted to see me?" Madam Rose said jestering to Izumi to take a see. "Um the public safety commission is making it mandatory for an internship and I was wondering if I could." Izumi started but Madam Rose finished for her. "Come back to me right?" Madam Rose said as she got up from behind her desk. "I would love for you to come back." Madam Rose said as Izumi's eyes sparkled until what Madam said next. "In February." Izumi got up from her seat after Madam walked pass her. "February?" Izumi said watching as Madam Rose grabbed a the tea set and fill it up with green tea. "Yes next month I'll be out of the country." Madam said looking lost as it clicked in Izumi's head. "It's the one year anniversary isn't it?" Izumi said as Madam nodded not trusting her voice.
The tea was ready to be served when Madam Rose spoked again. "Yes I'm going be visiting my husband's family in Greece before heading to Italy, Egypt, America, Australia, China, Russia and Spain." Madam Rose said leaning back on one of the two couches. "You where married to the War Hero: Ares!" Izumi said looking at her as she smiled with fancies. "Yes I was married to Ares." Madam said as she rubbed her stomach where her scar was. Izumi's cheeks puffed out as she muttered something else. "I thought you where married to the lightning hero: Flash (....his my favorite DC hero...sue me). Madam Rose started to laugh at that " Willy no he was a American hero just not my hero. No there was something about Deo that I just fall in love with and well he must of saw that in me because we ended up together." Madam Rose said smiling happily as she thought of Ares.
Bakugo nodded moving back as Kaminari try to put a Santa Claus hat on. Bakugo also doesn't know where he would be going with Best Jeanist missing and Madam Rose out of the country. Then Mineta saying something that everyone can agree with the Christmas party. Sato came back from the kitchen with a full cooked Turkey as the front door open showing Aizawa and Eri. Eri was wearing her own Santa dress looking nervous as she opened her mouth. "Trick or Treat?" Eri said making Izumi heart warm and break at the same time. "Wrong Holiday Eri." Aizawa said as he got down at her level fixing something. Izumi looked to see Eri's horn has grown which made Izumi happy.
After that the class had fun. They sing songs, ate food and open presents. Izumi's gift was not what she expected it was a mistletoe. "Mistletoe?" Izumi said not realizing that Bakugo asked Uraraka to used her quirk sending it floating between her and Todoroki who was next to her holding a his gift on how to pick up women that Mineta choosed as a present. Kirishima, Kaminari and Ashido looked over and started to make a fuss. "Look who under the Mistletoe!" Ashido said as Izumi blushed hard as everyone chanted kiss. Todoroki gave Izumi a kiss on the cheek as he grabbed the mistletoe and burned it with his left hand and his right arm caught Izumi as she fainted.
After that it was time to clean up Bakugo was hand Izumi the dishes as it was their turn to wash them. Todoroki came up to them as he handed them more plates. "Midoryia, Bakugo if you have no where else to go for the internship." Todoroki said making them pause in what they where doing. "Why don't you come with me and intern with the number one hero." Which really had to take Izumi a second to remember he was talking about Endeavour and not her dad. "Are you sure?" Izumi asked seeing Todoroki nodded as he put his dishes down and grabbed a washcloth drying off the dishes. "Why not you have no where else and Bakugo doesn't want to go to anyone less then the top five." Todoroki said thinking this would be a win for all and not just for them, but for All Might too they would be able to watch her.

New Year's eve
Izumi choosed that day to visit her family with the company of one of her teachers. Ever since All Might retired it's been difficult for the Yagi-Midoriyia family. They moved again to a private residence with the best security system and direct access to the local police. The public safety commission wasn't taking any chances with the former number one hero and his family being considered as targets. That did make it hard for Inko and Natsu to live a normal life but they understood why this was happening.
Natsu played with his new toy that Izumi got him as she talked to both Inko and Toshinori. "So Madam Rose is leaving for a month?" Inko said taking a sip of her tea. "Ya she wanted to pay her respect to her fallen heroes and close friends." Izumi said looking at Toshinori as he nodded. "Yes I do remember some of them like Flash, Ares, Maat, Yudi and Dino." Toshinori said remembering some from his time. Izumi nodded before changing the topic. "Oh and Eri wrote me a small letter thanking me." Izumi said showing her mom the letter. "That's good sweetie." Inko said reading the letter that Eri wrote. Izumi then told them about Todoroki's offer.
