Trapped between emotions,
Confined in a lonely place.
I long for another's touch,
But I remain in my personal space.A wall I erected around my world,
Transparent so I can watch the outside
But fogged so you can't see what's inside.
Though I'm content, I reach for the outside world.I'm torn between two options.
Though I know which is obvious,
I still linger on the exception.
Maybe I want to eat my cake and have it,
Maybe I'm a little bit devious.©Sephace_
