I am not good enough,
Who am I deceiving?
I've been lucky to have made it this far
And now that the luck is gone,
All that's left is greatly below par.I can't do it anymore.
When push came to shove,
I found myself defeated on the ground.
I am a hopeless cause,
And I've faked this lie long enough.I'm hanging my coat, my boots and my hat,
They were never mine to put on from the start.
I'm not cut out for this and I'm tired of lagging behind,
I'd rather stop than be nothing but a laughing stock.
This is goodbye for me, the fuel is finished, the ink is dry and the will is gone.©Sephace_
