Elizabeth watched her ex-fiancé wrap an arm around the beautiful female's waist. Ciel looked at his wife with a tender gaze.

"For now, would you wish to join us for tea?" Ciel asked politely. Elizabeth fought back her tears. She decided that she would accept Ciel's decision. She could not do anything now since he was already married, and it was obvious he was enamored with his wife. Even if she divorced her husband, she wouldn't get Ciel. She nodded mutely. A butler brought a chair for her and served her tea. Ciel assisted his wife to her seat, the butler moving his chair closer to Anastasia's.

"Where have you been these past years?" Elizabeth asked quietly as she watched Ciel take Anastasia's hand in his gloved one, lazily tracing patterns on the back of her hand covered by white lace. She noticed how both of them wore gloves, but thought nothing of it since Ciel still wore his ring over his gloves. Anastasia was wearing two rings on her left ring finger, over her lace glove. One was a plain silver band with a diamond on it, and the other was a ring resembling Ciel's.

"Under Anastasia's care." Ciel answered honestly. Anastasia watched the young demon cast a glance at Elizabeth.

"Why did you leave?" Elizabeth pushed. If Ciel did not leave, Elizabeth would have been the one married to him, not this mysterious woman.

"I wished to forget the past." Ciel looked at Elizabeth intently. Elizabeth tensed under his cold gaze. "But my wife made me realize that I needed to uphold my name."

"I-I see." Elizabeth stole a glance at Anastasia who was sipping her tea with a content smile. The woman moved with unnatural grace which reminded her of Sebastian. "How did you meet?"

"Through Sebastian." Anastasia answered with a smile. She saw how Ciel was becoming annoyed with the questioning.

"Master, Mistress, it is time for your fencing training." Francine announced bowing.

"Perhaps you wish to join us, Elizabeth." Anastasia asked with a smile. Elizabeth looked at her with determination. She was going to show Ciel what he had thrown away. She remembered when she protected Ciel when they were younger, and saw the awe in his eyes. She would remind him of who she was.

"If it is alright with you." Elizabeth answered with a polite smile. Anastasia nodded and Ciel offered his arm to his wife, while the butler assisted Elizabeth.

They met at the grand ballroom, now wearing fencing attires. Ciel arrived with Anastasia, while Elizabeth was assisted by her maid.

She watched as Ciel placed a kiss on Anastasia's lips when she arrived. The couple turned to her and he only nodded in greeting.
