They watched as Ciel won the duel. Anastasia clapped her hands and gave him a smile.

"Well done, love." Anastasia praised. "I can still remember when Pierre could beat you, hands down."

"Well that was years before." Ciel replied nodding at Pierre. "Nice match, Pierre."

"It is my pleasure, Master." The butler answered bowing and taking the foils from the three.

"Lady Elizabeth, we should head home now. Your husband will be worried." Her maid, Paula, reminded her. Elizabeth nodded and looked at the Lord and Lady of the Phantomhive family. Her heart still clenched when she thought of how Ciel ended up with someone else.

"I understand." Elizabeth nodded to Paula. She turned to the couple. "Thank you for your hospitality, Ciel, Lady Anastasia."

"It was not a problem." Anastasia said as her husband nodded. "We've sent out invitations for a ball. Please do attend."

"I will. Until then." Elizabeth curtsied and walked out. She married a marquees' second son, whom she met two years after Ciel's supposed death. The man was kind and understanding. He did not force himself on Elizabeth, and waited until she was ready to start a family with him. Elizabeth casted one last glance to the couple, her heart breaking when he saw her ex-fiancée smile at his wife. She would move on. Ciel was happy now, and that was what mattered. She kept repeating in his head.

"That went better than expected." Anastasia mused as they walked to Ciel's study.

"I expected her to throw a tantrum." Ciel said sitting down on his chair behind his desk. "I believe her being married made it easier for her to accept the situation."

"Yes. And your lovey-dovey act proved fruitful as well." Anastasia mused lounging on one of the sofas, revealing her stocking-clad legs.

"Are you trying to distract me?" Ciel asked smirking at the demoness, his eyes flashing fuchsia.

"Is it working?" The female asked with her trademark smile full of mischief. Ciel chuckled and shook his head.

"It is." He answered honestly but turned to the papers on his desk. He had reacquired the Funtom Company before they went back. "But I'll have to finish these paperwork."

Anastasia laughed making Ciel smile. "Of course. I'll be in our room. Do hurry up, husband."

Ciel smirked and continued finishing his paperwork in a rather fast pace. An hour later he was done. If he was still human, it would've taken him days. He now realized how Sebastian accomplished tasks so fast. He walked leisurely to where a certain temptress waited for him.

She was lounging on the bed they would share. Her stockings were gone, and she was reading a book from one of the bookshelves.

"You have my undivided attention now." Ciel said straddling the demoness and taking the book from her. She purred and wrapped her arms around him.

"Good, because your contract will start tomorrow." She said removing the knot of his eyepatch. Ciel only smirked and threw the eyepatch aside with the book before capturing her lips.
