Whoops Parenthood

Chapter 4

Jaylynn's POV

I just sat on the couch and Archie and I hardly spoke. Its been a week and once again SweetPea brought up what I  said and Archie once again shut me out. I was done with it and we needed t talk lucky Mary showed up and she just looked at me all confused.

"You okay?" Mary asks.

"No I said something that Archie overheard and now he hates me. I have been wanting to talk to him for awhile, but he keeps shutting me out. Enough is enough." I say.

"Hates a strong word. You know what go talk to him and I'll watch Jonah." She says.

"Thank you." I say.

I went upstairs and went to talk to Archie. I heard the sound of the punching bag being hit. Wow I really did piss him off. I opened his door and of course to see his shirtless body made that little flutter in my stomach. No Jaylynn the last time you felt that you got pregnant.

"Dont you have someone who actually means something to you to find?" Archie questions.

"I deserve that. Arch Im sorry I really am. You wernt suppose to hear that. Look can you just forget it and move on." I say.

"No Im not gonna forgive it, but I will move on. Im not staying single because you say so. I have a date with that new girl tomorrow night." He says.

"Excuse me we..." I start.

"No you came up with that rule while pregnant. Well news flash you arent pregnant anymore and Im gonna do whatever I want." He says.

"Your being stupid and stubborn." I say.

"No Im finally thinking clearly. So friend why dont you just leave me alone and take care of our child. Since thats all this is. Friends with a kid." He says.

"Fine! Be that way! Oh and news flash Im taking Jonah and moving back in with my parents tomorrow! But we are leaving now!" I yell.

I slammed his door and went to my room and started packing some stuff for me and my son for the night. I went downstairs and grabbed my keys and my son and left the house. After Jonah and I got into the car I drove to my families trailer. When I got there Jughead was outside with our dad.

"Jaylynn is everything okay?" My dad asks as I get out of the car.

"No! Archie pissed me off!" I yell.

"Woah calm down." Jughead says.

"He is so mad at me and hates me. I just cant be there anymore." I say.

"Jug take your sister in inside and I'll get Jonah and their stuff." My dad says.

Jug just took me inside and my mom looked worried when we walked in.

"Jaylynn its nearly 10pm. What are you doing here?" My mom asks.

"Archie and her had a fight." Jughead says.

"Yeah so.. Umm.. Can I move back here?" I ask.

"Of course sweetie. Wait where's... Oh never mind." My mom says taking Jonah from my dad.

"Hey why dont you get some sleep and we'll watch him for you." My dad says.

"Thanks." I say and went into my old room.

The next day I didnt want to see Archie I was too mad at him so my dad and brother took Fangs with them to get mine and Jonah's things.

"Jaylynn, I got lunch and put Jonah down for a nap." My mom says.

"Thanks. Have Dad and Jug came back yet?" I ask.

"No, but they should be soon. Im actually headed over there now to help." She says.

She left and I just sat on the couch watching my child sleep when Jellybean sat next to me.

"Will you and Archie ever fix things? You know for him?" Jellybean asks.

"I dont know Jelly. It might never be fixed." I say fighting back tears.

"Hey even if it never gets fixed with Archie you still have us." She says.

She was right I did have my family, but it was sad to think at Archie and I will never fixed this issue.

Archie's POV

Jaylynn and I had a fight last night and all day today I was out. I went for my run and then had Football practice. When I returned I had hoped Jaylynn would of rethink this whole leaving thing and just come home, but when I came home she wasnt the Jones at my house.

"Whats going on here?" I ask.

"Archie, Jaylynn wasnt kidding. She really is moving home." My mom says.

"She cant. How will this even work? Will I even get to be with my son?" I ask.

"Listen boy dont act like Jaylynn will keep you apart. She wouldnt do that." FP says.

"Yeah. Though I can see why she would though. Being a jerk and all." Jughead says.

"What was that?" I question.

"You heard me. Do you enjoy causing my sister pain? First you knock her up and now you fight with her. God what an ass." He says.

I wanted to hit him and his mother got in the way.

"Listen I know there is some problem you two have to resolve, but hurting Jughead will cause more trouble. Just cool off and let all this calm down and we can all talk about this another time." Gladys says.

They packed up the rest of Jaylynn's stuff and a small amount Jonah's stuff. Then with that they left and my heart shattered again. Way to go Archie you messed everything up. Not just for yourself, but for the girl you love and your son.
