chapter 9: hateful b**tch

Chidinma has refused to talk to blessing since that day, not because she was actually angry with her, but because she was scared that if blessing had the chance to talk to her , they might talk about what she knew she had seen in her diary, and she wasn't ready to talk about that, only thinking about it, she felt like dying.

Amina and Tessa has noticed how cold chidinma has been to blessing lately and they've tried asking blessing what was wrong but blessing acted like she didn't even know why chidinma is angry

" Abeg leave that girl her own is too much sef" tessa said to blessing as she packed her choir note, she was heading to the church

" Is it time for practice already" blessing asked

" Yes I would be the lead singer this Sunday sef" Tessa said picking up her scarf.

Amina had already left the room to God knows where, Tessa left and blessing was all alone, she couldn't stop thinking of chidinma, that girl was suffering and the world judged her without knowing the reason why she was the way she was.

Tessa walked to farian hostel, she knew something happened at the party with blessing and farian even if blessing had hid it from her, she saw the mark on her neck, the Hickey, they did something, Tessa had tried to get into blessing's head to stop her from leading farian on, but she hasn't been succeeding.

She has liked farian right from junior secondary school,she still  has the pen he borrowed her one time during exam. They were both in art class and he saw her everyday, why would he of all the people meet her friend, not her, she felt she was the right one for farian, besides she had known him first. She needed to make him change his opinion about blessing and maybe look at her for once.

She knocked on the door to his hostel, his roommate Musa opened the door

" And you are?" He asked looking at her from head to toe, who was this church girl looking for, her day wear is just too long and big that he wasn't seeing what he wanted, the front area looked good he thought to himself

" I'm looking for farian" she said

Musa seemed surprised, this isn't farian's type at all but he understood guys, they want to taste something different once in a while, he thought

" Farian! Someone's here for you" he shouted closing the door

The door opened again and farian was standing in front of Tessa

"How may I help you?"

" Hey farian how have you been?" She asked smiling

" Sorry but who are you?" He asked a bit confused

Tessa felt a bit embarrassed as he doesn't even know who she was, even if they sat on the same roll in class, he was seated behind her and his friend is her seat mate, he came over to talk to his friend most time, but he still couldn't recognize her

" I'm Tessa, blessing's friend" she said actually angry that blessing came into the conversation so quickly

"Ohhh, how is she?, Did she send you here" he asked

" Well no, I came on my own" she replied him anxiously

" What's wrong?" He asked

" i know this would seem weird but blessing isn't who you think she is, she's actually dating fred, yes that stupid geek, she just wanted to use you for popularity-" he didn't let her finish

" Why the hell are you here?, Who did you say blessing is to you again?," He asked

" I'm her friend and-" he cut her off again

" You call her your friend and you are here saying trash about her, definitely behind her back, now I recognize you, you're the Tessa she told me about, her so called bestfriend " he said looking angry

Tessa couldn't speak anymore, she moved closer to him and stretched with all her might as farian was taller than her, she is also tall so it won't be that hard, she stretched pushing her self forward kissing him without notice.

He quickly pushed her back " what the hell are you doing" he raised his voice this time.

Tessa quickly turned around walking out of his hostel before he would attract other people's attention. She had failed, she knows this would get to blessing soon, farian would tell her, she had to go back to blessing if possible fabricate everything that just occurred.

Unknown to Tessa, Amina had visited uche whose room was next to farian's, she had seen Tessa pass and wondered what she came for she noticed they were in an intense conversation so she brought out  uche's camera/video recorder, his dad has bought him that as a birthday gift. She started recording it, not expecting to see Tessa forcing her self on farian, although she wasn't hearing what they both said, she only heard when farian barked, she knew what Tessa was up to, she had always known, Tessa was a hateful bitch.
