The next morning, just as Lana was about to walk into school, Hau ran up to her with his hands behind his back.

"Hi, Lana." Hau greeted.

"Hello Hau, I didn't expect to see you this early." Lana smiled.

"Yeah, well...I wanted to...talk to you...about the dance." Hau admitted bashfully.

"Really?" Lana blushed lightly.

"Yeah..." Hau answered. He then thrusted a bouquet of blue lilies before her, with a pretty shell necklace wrapped around the stems. "Lana will you go to the dance with me?"

Lana smiled and accepted the flowers. "I'd love to." Lana quickly kissed his cheek and continued on into the classroom. "I can't wait." Hau blushed and stood outside the school in a daze.

Once he collected himself, Hau entered the school to see Mallow and Acerola begging Moon for details on what happened with Gladion, as well as Lana bout the flowers. Although, Sun was running late, the rest of the guys were curious as to what was going on with the girls. Before anyone could answer though, Professor Kukui came in and started the class once Sun arrived. The class continued on until lunch time. The girls and guys splitting up once again.

"So, Moon, give us all the details." Lana commanded.

"I don't even know what there is to tell. I asked him, made sure he knew it was as friends and he said yes." Moon answered.

"Aw, that's a shame. You two would be so cute together." Mallow pouted. "Has anyone else asked, or been asked?"

"Hau asked me this morning." Lana beamed. "He is the one who gave me the flowers and the necklace." She then dropped the seashell necklace over her head.

"Awe! That is so cute!" Lillie chimed.

"Good for you, Lana. Now, I'm just going to do that." Acerola admitted, taking a small box from her bag.

"What is that?" Moon asked.

"Just a little something to help me ask Sophocles." Acerola opened the box to reveal a small cake with 'will you go to the dance with me' written in frosting.

"Wow! I'm sure he will love it." Mallow assured.

"That is so cute." Moon chirped.

"And so perfect for Sophocles." Lillie added.

"I know. That's the idea. Well wish me luck." Acerola stood from the table.

"Good luck." They said in unison.

Acerola smiled and walked over to the boys table, the box in hand.

"Hi boys." Acerola greeted. "Would you mind if I spoke with Sophocles alone for a minute?" The guys stood up without a word, leaving a worried Sophocles. She sat down and smiled at him. "I have something for you." Acerola placed the box in front of him. "Please read it before you eat it."

"O...ok." Sophocles replied. He lifted the lid and read the small note. His gaze shot to Acerola with a stunned look on his face.

"Well? What do you say?" Acerola asked, keeping her bright smile. Sophocles was shocked. He never imagined that the girl he has a huge crush would ask him, of all people. "Sophocles?"

"Oh...yeah...yeah I want to go with you." Sophocles finally answered.

"Great! I can't wait." Acerola cheered. "I'll see you at the dance. Enjoy the cake."

"Yeah." Sophocles muttered.

Acerola stood up from the table and waved for the guys to come back. She then rejoined her table, receiving congratulations from her friends.
