Jace watched on, as the two hugged, and comforted each other. Then they let go, and Caliza was no more a crying girl... But a smiling one. Although, this seemed oh so trying to Jace. It's like she's trying to smile, he thought. He'd know. He's done it for years. Forcing a smile... Just to convince someone you're happy... So they don't worry... Clary then returned a smile.
"You want some breakfast...???... I promise... This time... No knives..." Clary said as a joke, followed by a giggle from Caliza.
"Sounds great. I'm starving," she said with emphasis. That's when Jace budded into the conversation.
"Well... I am a pretty good cook... I think I could put something together..." He said with a grin. This time, both of the girls let out a small chuckle, and were now standing.
"Can we take requests?" Clary asked a bit flirtatiously...
"Nope... Clary... Caliza... Follow me..."
