Naraku x reader part 2

She took step by step on the grass, leaves crunching under her feet. She honestly didn't know why she went to such an ugly place. The only life there was the cherry tree. If only she knew otherwise.

The wind picked up, blowing her (h/c) hair in the breeze. (Y/n) smiled towards the sky, "I'm going tomorrow too!"

She happily skipped along to her village.

Naraku had hung his painting on the wall. Her beauty didn't compare to how she was in person. His eyes slid to Kagura leaning on the door. "Don't you think your being a tad creepy?"

He brushed a finger against the dried ink, "maybe I am but...how else can I see her?" Kagura gave a small laugh.

"You're right she would be scared if she ever laid eyes on you."

He gritted his teeth, "I suggest you leave before I kill you." His tone held deadly calm. One Kagura was only used to if things went horribly wrong.

"Fine."

She plucked a feather from her bun and flew out into the day. Naraku banged a fist against the table, causing the brush and scrolls to rattle. Why did he love a mortal? Why did the thought of her being disgusted by him frighten him?

He looked at the painting of her, so perfect every detail...he really was creepy wasn't he?

Naraku needed to get out of this confinement for a bit. He stood and ordered Kanna to watch for any intruders.

In a puff of purple smoke he vanished and escaped to an area of solace.

He floated down to a lake with big trees. The leaves so thick only small rays of sunshine poked through. He wandered to the lake.

Crouching down as the water showed his reflection. The water rippled as some ducks landed on it's surface.

"I'm a monster."

Birds were chirping on the branches up above. A minature waterfall flowing somewhere. But what caught his ears was the distinctive swishing of a kimono.

He quickly turned around, eyes going to the size of saucers. There she stood. The girl he so passionately admired. Loved.

She glanced at him, wearing a different one today. Orange with lighter coloured feathers swirling along the torso and arms.

"Hello." That voice was heavenly, her eyes showed no sign of fear. She looked like she was...waiting?

"Well are you going to greet me back?"

He snapped from his trance, "uh...yes hello."

She folded her arms, "you're not in your castle today."

"How?!-"

"Go there enough and your efforts to hide yourself and the castle become pointless."

The man didn't know what to do or say. (Y/n) showed him her precious smile.

"Speechless are we?"

Naraku felt humiliated he didn't understand why. But he found his only option was to flee.

(Y/n) noticed of what he planned to do, "wait!" She rushed to him and tackled him into a hug, making them both fall to the ground.

"What are you doing?!" He became confused as to where to put his hands. For the woman he loved had her arms around his waist.

"I know who you are Naraku."

He could feel his heart beat and not in a good way. "My friends...spoke about an evil man who sought the Shikon jewel shards and wanting to make it whole."

"You've killed a great many of humans and demons, Inuyasha and his friends are trying to stop you."

Naraku swallowed feeling a lump in his throat. She hates me, she already knows I'm a monster, he thought to himself.

She continued to speak, "so when I saw you after your barrier didn't work I became confused. Why didn't you kill me? Why did you let me near your castle?"

(Y/n) gazed directly into Naraku' s red orbs, "can you answer me this?"

He couldn't look away from her (e/c) pupils, "I don't know..."

She sighed, about let go Naraku gripped her wrists. "Why are you not scared of me? Why are you not...disgusted by me?"

(Y/n) grinned and made Naraku let go of her wrists, she cupped his face. He jerked away but leaned into her soft hands.

"It's simple...I love you."

His breath hitched, "why?"

She brought her face closer, "will you let me find that out?" He noticed a blush covering her cheeks.

Naraku gave a cold grin, "you can find out why...but I already know my reasons."

She laughed, leaning closer for a kiss but Naraku pushed her away as a firmilair demon slayer shouted, "Hiraikotsu!" almost decapitating him.

(Y/n) looked hurt, he quickly said "It's those who are after me."

She clicked.

Sango reclaimed her Hiraikotsu, her face showing an obvious hatred that Inuyasha and his friends shared when they showed.

The dog demon shouted, "what are you doing with that girl Naraku?!"

He smiled meticulously, "nothing you can even ask her."

"Didn't look like nothing!" Kagome said as she readied an arrow.

(Y/n) threw a stone at Kagome, hitting her arm. "Ow!"

She then threw another at Inuyasha, "hey!"

Naraku appeared beside her, "let's go."

She nodded but Sango again aimed her weapon slicing Naraku apart. "Dammit!"

(Y/n) screamed at them to leave her and Naraku alone. Inuyasha acting quickly grabbed (Y/n).

"No let me go!" She pounded at Inuyasha' s back.

The dog demon didn't understand why she wanted to be near Naraku.

Kagura watched this unfold from above, she scoffed and flew down. A powerful wind freed (Y/n) from the dogs grasp. Kagura grabbed the humans sleeve and dragged her onto the huge feather.

With that they were off.

Naraku escaping too.

Inuyasha cursed.

Kagome spoke up, "it seemed like she wanted to go with him."

"Who would want to be with a bastard like Naraku?!" He spat.

Safely back at the castle Naraku mended his broken body. (Y/n) watched in silence.

"Are you sure you want...me?"

"Yes."

He chuckled darkly, "good because your mine whether you want to be or not."

(Y/n) knew he didn't mean that he would leave her be if she wished. He said it just to keep the scary demon act up.

"I like the painting of myself."

He averted his eyes, did she see right was he...blushing?

Well I would like your opinion on this. I dunno if it's good.
